All four bedrooms have their own full size bath. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi. Nuevo Vallarta and the joys of the malecon and the nightlife attractions of Puerto Vallarta, which Conde Nast Traveler named as the "Friendliest City in the World.", are within 5-15 minutes.
The unit has all marble floors and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave & cookware plus granite counters, a purified water system, washer/dryer and remote control ceiling fans and A/C. Each bedroom has its own controlled A/C and fan. Three bedrooms feature sliding glass doors with their own balconies which open to views of the ocean.
Punta Esmeralda is an exclusive, gated resort with privacy, seclusion, and security. It features 8 infinity pools, all of which you can swim in, each one is different, tennis courts, a fitness center, his & hers spa with sauna and steam rooms, and where you can get a massage, children's playgrounds and private beach. The beach club has a pool, beach, restaurant, and wi fi.
Spend the day on the beach, enjoy lots of water related amenities like kayaking, jet skiing, parasailing, windsurfing or sailing. There is an amazing waterslide close by where you can swim with the dolphins or sea lions; world class golf courses are minutes away. At the end of the day sip a margarita and watch the evening lights of Puerto Vallarta and the cruise ships in the bay from the patio balcony.
You can shop at your favorite stores: Home Depot, Wall Mart, Sam's Club, and Costco and dine at Outback's and at gourmet Mexican restaurants with world class cuisine. Two minutes away are two small towns: Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle featuring Mexican delights and where you can go to watch your favorite NFL team at a sports bar. The Twisted Rose has great hamburgers, a kids menu at 49 pesos ($3.50 USD)and salsa lessons. North of the resort is Punta de Mita where you can spend the day and dine at the Four Seasons Restaurant and at Salulita, a surfer's paradise. Puerto Vallarta enjoys a very low crime rate. Public transportation is safe to use, and Tourist Police (dressed in white safari uniforms with white hats) are available to answer questions, give directions, and offer assistance. A rental car is recommended but there's alternative transportation: taxis, and the safe local bus into town is very reasonable ($1.00 USD) and local musicians will serenade your trip.
