Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2009
This cabin is owned by "The Greenes". We grew up in North Carolina and attended college at Appalachian. We know and love this area and are happy to have the chance to share it with you. We have a 11 year old daughter who loves to bring her friends and have fun in the mountains at "Where the Greene Grass Grows"
Why the Owner Chose Boone
We love the mountains! It is so nice in the heat of the summer, because it is usually very cool. In the winter it is fun to visit and go skiing with friends. The river is so natural and does not come with the sand that ends up all over everything when vacationing at the beach. The views are great. The shopping is awesome and you are always family in the NC mountains.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
Great to read a book and listen to the creek. Nice to sit by the river or to go fishing. Perfect for hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter. Wake up to deer in our yard - almost guaranteed!
