This 3-bedroom condo offers a large home away from home, feeling very spacious with large bathrooms--both with double sinks, tubs and showers. When sitting in the living area or laying in the bed of your beachfront master suite you will be awed with the view and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The large 25ft balcony offers you breathtaking Beach Gulf and Sunset views. You will love the beachfront heated pool and lodging area. Next to the pool is a large well-manicured grassy area with tiki-huts picnic tables and a large set of built in charcoal grills for your use when enjoying lunch or dinner on the beach.
This building is only five stories tall, not a high rise, however offers all the amenities such as an elevator, lobby with baggage carts, security and very well maintained pool and grounds.
You can swim in the Gulf, refresh yourself in the pool and sit under a tiki hut with your favorite drink, all at one special place, The Palms.
The Redington Fishing Pier is right next door. You can catch your trophy gulf waters fish right outside your door. The Pier rents tackle and bait and will even help when you hook the Big One! It doesn’t get much better.

What a wonderful week we just had in your beautiful condo! This was a very special trip for us because my elderly father has been diagnosed with a terminal illness and this may possibly have been his last vacation. He trusted me to search the Internet and find the perfect place for us, and it made me feel so great when on the second or third day he said, "This is the prettiest place I've ever stayed at..you just couldn't have picked a better place!" This condo is so big and spacious! It is beautifully and tastefully decorated and the furniture is very comfy! My favorite place had to be the huge balcony overlooking the cute tiki hut picnic tables, beautiful sand and sparkling ocean. Every morning we ate breakfast on the balcony, enjoying this incredible view and listening to the ocean....such a wonderful way to start the day! The pelicans and seagulls were very entertaining as they put on a show for us every morning divebombing the water for their food. We really enjoyed walking on the beach and the nice pool as well. Watching the sunset every evening was definitely something to look forward to. The location of this condo is great too...just a short drive from John's Pass and St. Petersburg . We highly recommend a couple of local restaurants....Conch Republic was awesome and Sweet Sage Cafe was wonderful for breakfast or lunch. For eating in, Beach Pizza was great for delivering yummy food! October is a wonderful month to visit Florida...sunny but still nice and cool....the weather was perfect all week long. We felt so blessed to have the chance to stay in this lovely condo in such a quaint little seaside town. You will not be disappointed if you pick this one!!

I wanted to thank you for taking care of our vacation plans. We enjoyed it very much. The accommodations were perfect for us and just what we wanted - plenty of sleeping room, the view of the ocean and the roar of the ocean. We would definitely consider going back next year, hopefully again the week of Thanksgiving. However, the return weather at home has not been so much fun with snow and very cold temperatures. Again, thanks for all you did to make our vacation a good one.

I wanted to write you and let you know how perfect our vacation was. You set us up in your beautiful Palms condo. It was far more beautiful than we expected, inside and out. The size and layout was perfect. Neat and clean, decorated beautifully. The location was right on. With so much to offer, we were able to to travel Gulf Blvd and visit many areas, many beaches.The sunsets were awesome. We were never bored. This is the first real vacation we have had in years, and we thank you for all your help. We have told many friends and family about your vacation rentals and are excited about coming back next year! We stayed at your beautiful condo for almost 2 weeks. Our friends had recommended you to us, and we are happy they did. We always thought you had to pay for overpriced hotels to enjoy the beauty of Florida. Nice to know about Larry's vacation rentals. We were in a perfect location, the home far exceeded our expectations, with that luxury but homey feel to it. Nice and clean. This beautiful condo for half the cost of a hotel. The varity of resturants, and stores, we lacked for nothing. We managed a trip to Busch Gardens with the kids, then a night at Hard Rock Casino for the grown ups. This was truely a relaxing fun fiilled vacation, and I will recommend you to everyone.

My senior parents, who are local, set this home up for us, so we honestly did not know what to expect. We were pleasently surprised at how clean and spacious the Palms was, and how well decorated, with a fantastic view! Perfect for the 2 weeks we were there. My parents stopped by for visits and walks on the beach. The kids got to swim and play in the sand. We all enjoyed the local resturants. We then went to Busch Gardens! This actually felt like a vacation. We will stay with you again next year.

We stayed at you Palms 2 weeks ago and must tell you we were not disappointed. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The layout, decor and cleanliness of this home far exceeded our expectations. The location was just right, with stores and resturants within a short distance.
