A short ride across the bridge is all the excitement of Newport tourism - the Mansions on Bellevue Avenue, Tennis Hall of Fame, Newport Beaches and famous downtown Newport shops. Restaurants, nightlife. July and August bring the Jazz and Folk Festivals to Newport.

The Unique Benefits at this House
I love being able to walk to all the village shops, restaurants, Library, School, Post Office, Churchs - everything is within walking distance. The view from the driveway and at the top of Friendship is just gorgeous of Narragansett Bay and the Conanicut Marina down in the village.
