Come stay in the village area and enjoy the atmosphere of small town living. A short ride across the bridge is all the excitement of Newport tourism - the Mansions on Bellevue Avenue, Tennis Hall of Fame, Newport Beaches and famous downtown Newport shops. Restaurants, nightlife. July and August bring the Jazz and Folk Festivals to Newport.
Another added benefit is The Ferry to Newport is located just a short walk away from 'The Friendship Street Cottage' . The yard in summer is in full bloom with hydrangea, rose bushes, peonies, and trees. A good size backyard and side patio for relaxing. This is a non-smoking home. No pets - Thank you.

The Unique Benefits at this House
I love being able to walk to all the village shops, restaurants, Library, School, Post Office, Churchs - everything is within walking distance. The view from the driveway and at the top of Friendship is just gorgeous of Narragansett Bay and the Conanicut Marina down in the village.
