Our spacious unit is in TOWER I, the center tower that overlooks the tropical lagoon pool with the sugary white sands and the Gulf of Mexico as the backdrop. Condo 507 is in the very center of tower I. WE HAVE JUST ACQUIRED THIS CONDO AND it is 75% remodeled. It has brand new carpet and new decor!
A panoramic vista can be enjoyed from the spacious balcony, but it can also be viewed through the ceiling to floor window wall in the spacious living room and dining room.
Edgewater boasts more amenities than any other Panama City Beach resort. We have vacationed for many years at EBR and were fortunate to finally acquire a condo of our own. NO other PCB resort has an 11,500 square foot lagoon pool laden with lush tropical plants and towering palms. There are three other pools on the property (two of which are heated) and four large hot tubs. Adjacent to the lagoon pool is Ocean's Restaurant. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the bar serves all your favorite drinks until late each evening. During Spring Break and in the summer, there is also a Pizza Hut by the Lagoon Pool and a couple of other eateries. If you need pampering, there is a spa and beauty salon on site. Plus there's an exercise room if your goal is keeping off those vacation pounds :-)
On the beach you will find jet ski rentals, parasailing, or you can brave the big banana. Golfers and tennis players need only to walk across the street to EBR's own golf course and tennis courts. Within a couple of miles of the resort you will find Shipwreck Island (a huge waterpark), dinner cruises, Shell Island, night clubs, Gulf World, a state park, sport fishing, and fabulous Pier Park.
Everything you need to help you relax and unwind can be found at Edgewater Beach Resort either on the property or within a short walking distance. We love our condo and Edgewater, and we are sure that you will too!

Year Purchased: 2009
My husband and I live in the same town where we were born and raised: Dothan, Alabama. We have vacationed at Edgewater for years. As a matter of fact, I sojourned every summer at Edgewater with my family when I was a small child. At that time the resort was comprised of cinder block cottages that were painted in various pastel colors. These cottages were once Army barracks during WWII. In the mid-80's, these cottages were razed and constructed in their place was the resort we enjoy today: three towers, golf villas, golf course, convention center, restaurants, shops, etc.
My husband is a computer guru and we have our own computer business, and I am a high school English teacher. We have three grown children, two are married, and we have three grandchildren and another one on the way.
We are happy you are considering EBR as your vacation destination because we KNOW you will enjoy your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Edgewater Beach Resort
We purchased this condo because of its most excellent location within the resort. Tower I is the center tower (there are three towers), and it overlooks the 11,500 square foot lagoon pool, the beach, and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our condo, 507, is precisely in the center of Tower 1, so it is not too high and not too low. Although we love to enjoy the resort amenities, we are content to enjoy it all from the balcony or living room sofa.
