Brand new full size bathroom on the main floor featuring marble flooring and granite countertops. Upstairs off the master bedroom is a two piece bath.
You will enjoy outdoor living on the newly built south facing cedar deck equipped with patio set, crafted bench, BBQ, and patio lanterns.
The property is conveniently located close between Long Harbour ferry terminal and Ganges Village. Across the road and through a two minute nature trail you will find a wonderful south facing beach with views across to Goat Island and into Ganges Harbour. You will likely have this private beach to yourself!

Why the Owner Chose Ganges
We chose this location as we recognize that many people coming to Salt Spring want to be close to island beaches, the ferry, and the Village of Ganges. Not to be missed is the Salt Spring Island Saturday market open April - October. Not to worry if you are visiting between October - March there are many activities to take in year round and you can enjoy the Studio Tour where you can visit the Saturday Market Vendors in the own home studio!

Peregrine's Perch was perfect for our week-long stay on the island. The location was great--just a short distance from Ganges and the deck "equipped with" evening sun made our evening dinnners particularly enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Our first visit to Salt Spring Island has been thoroughly enjoyable. The uniqueness and tranquility of the whole island makes for a very relaxing and happy experience. Great scenery, lots of things to see and do and Mount Maxwell is a real adventure. The home is a wonderful venue. Very compforatable and in a great location We felt very relaxed here and would recommend it for anyone else visiting Salt Spring. Thank you for providing such a great facility. Thank you for the very relaxing week in your beautiful home! Top 5 List Home: 1.) Hammock 2.) The beautiful furniture and decor - loved the window at the top of the stairs 3.) Privacy 4.) Sunny breakfast on the deck 5.) Sittin in the chairs at the top of the garden with the noma garden lights being the only lights we see. Top 5 List Island 1.) Beddis Beach 2.) Mt. Maxwell 3.) Glads Ice Cream 4.) Fields full of daisies 5.) Relaxed Attitutude You have really gone out of your way to make it feel like "home" here, down to the smallest of details. Do we really have to leave?! We were the first guests at your beautiful peacful cottage. As parents of 2 young children, we enjoyed our 1st get awy from them emensly! Your bed was very comfy and wonderful to sleep-in in. We also love the special touches you added like the round rocks placed in teh entry, the iron inlay in the fence off the front deck etc... the arbutus trees are breath taking and we loved exploring the little beach across the road.
