  This condo is better than what is placed online. The photos are accurate and the property is very clean and well maintained. Stephanie is very helpful and the condo location is absolutely the best. We were able to get there quickly from LAX plus we were close to the beaches and shopping. The area around the condo is great for walking with some very nice places to eat and a good market within walking distance. The location was close to our children and grandchildren plus access to all interstates making travelling a breeze. I would highly recommend this property.

  My wife and I highly recommend staying at this condo. Stephanie made the arrangements easy, met us on arrival and showed us everything. The condo is quite beautiful - in a wonderful location with excellent facilities including a beautiful pool/exercise complex right across the street. The condo was also very clean and outfitted with everything we needed. The ocean is 2 miles away and there's a bike path nearby that leads to it. Highway access is close and easy - as are grocery stores and many restaurants. We plan to stay again.

  The unit is very clean and well decorated. It's resort style living since there is a gym on the first floor, another gym in the building across the street, as well as as 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi that are hardly used and never crowded. Playa Vista is a convenient location from the airport, and a short drive to the beach and shops in Marina del Rey & Santa Monica. I definitely recommend this place for 1 or 2 people. I had no problems booking and all applicances/electronics worked fine. Stephanie is super nice!

  The wonderful condo is situated in a very nice, quite and safe neighborhood of Los Angeles and close to the airport. The owner's are very friendly and very helpful :-) We enjoyed our stay very much and loved the area as you can have nice lunch or dinner just a few blocks from the condo. We would definitely recommend this property and thank the owner again for having us rented this beautiful place to stay.

  I live in Playa Vista and rented this condo for my sister's family who were visiting for one week in August 2011. It was so convenient to have them staying walking distance within the lovely Playa Vista community. The owner was wonderful to work with and the unit itself was clean, well appointed and very welcoming. There was even laundry equipment and reading material on hand. I would definitely rent this unit again and recommend it to family and friends.

  My husband needed a place for a few months while working on a project in LA and this was an excellent fit. Nice amenities with the pool & gym (in the building) plus within walking distance to parks, farmers market, dining. Stephanie was so friendly and helpful and the one time something needed fixed (washing machine broke down) she sent someone immediately. The property was nicely furnished and very clean.

  We are currently staying in the condo for 2 months. This condo is perfect, everything inside the condo is top quality, including the linens, cookware, even the hair dryer with ionic setting...There is washer/dryer inside the condo as well as super quiet dishwasher. The location is great, there is a CenterPointe Club Playa Vista across the road (free to use), which has 1 huge pool, 1 kids pool and jacuzzi, all of them are heated, and we are staying during February and March and visit the pools every other days. We have a car and driving everywhere in LA is convenient. All the stores and malls that you might need are within 7-10 minutes drive. However if you don't have a car, there is a smaller grocery store inside the community as well as some restaurants and coffee places within walking distance. Also we brought our bicycles, there is a bike storage room in the building as well as fitness center. There is a bike trail which goes all the way to the Marina Del Rey beach and marina... and you could bike all the way to Santa Monica Beach. We love staying here and will be back if we need to stay in Los Angeles. The owners are great, they have been very helpful and constantly checking if we need anything else!

  My wife and I had a wonderful time in this property. We stayed 2 weeks, and every day was a joy - it just went by too fast! Fantastic location, great amenities - Playa Vista is a dream world, really. The unit and landlords met our every needs. We're eager to return.

  This was a really nice place. Very clean, beautifully decorated, with very nice owners. The location of this unit is perfect. In the middle od a complex called Playa Vista, which has pools, libraries, shops and eating places, all with in walking distance. Security is very visable. In short, this was the perfect place we were looking for. We would definatley search this unit out to rent again.
