If your looking for a relaxed vacation this is the place for you. This duplex is about 1200 square feet. Neat clean and stylish. This is for privacy seeking people. There are two bedrooms .One has a queen sized bed. The other a futon which could sleep 2. There is a nice large lanai . Large living room with high ceilings. Built in 2005 the place is clean , bright and cheery. It would be well suited for snow birds or a couple looking to stay in the area a while. There are no activities involving the condo.
There are many local restaurants. Library is right across the street. There are multitudes of golf courses in the area. There is boating ,fishing all sorts of outdoor recreation. Tampa is about 90 minutes drive. Sarasota is 30 minutes. The Tampa Bay Devil rays have a local minor league team right down the road.
There are world class beaches very local. Manatees, Dolphins abound!

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: We own the duplex because we love the area. While there are many great beaches Boca Grande is our favorite. Great natural beauty with tons of Manatee's and Dolphins. We like to travel and have been many place. We would love to go back to Europe when we get a chance. My wife and I have been married for twenty years.
Why the Owner Chose Englewood:
We thought we liked the east coast of Florida. But when we visited Southwest Florida we fell in love. There are many great beaches including Boca Grande, Stump pass, Englewood (Right down the road) with incredible sunsets. The sun just disappears into the gulf! It is a very relaxing area. There is little traffic. Many outdoor activities, Boating, nature walks, pools ,tennis
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Peace and quite. This place is more of a duplex. It is very clean and new. There is true peace and quite. It is easy to keep clean with a nice tile floor. There is tons of golf right down the road. 20 min ride to Boca Grande.
