Owner's Profile

Owner Description

Year Purchased: 1999

Bob and I have lived in this area for 28 years, and have loved every minute. We enjoy fishing, hiking and ATV's in this area we call home. Bob is retired from the Semi conductor business and car racing, and I am a homemaker who loves to cook. We love to travel, finding new and interesting off beat places.

The Unique Benefits of this Cabin

To relax on the bluff, listening and watching the river and wildlife go by fills you with inner-peace and awe. After a day of fun, we BBQ with friends around a campfire overlooking the river. The cabin is very private and when you go down the stairs to the patio on the river's edge you are in your own little sanctuary. This section of South Platte River is renowned for its Gold Medal fishing waters. Besides fishing, we like to go tubing and kayaking, or just sit in a chair in the river with a cooler.
