I am an interior designer living and working out of my studio/home on the waterfront. I am married with two grown girls who live and work in NYC. We are going to travel to friends and family while the house is rented.

Just love being on the water. Everywhere we travelled was to a waterfront location. Pisces!
The Unique Benefits of this House
All the wildlife on the marsh. Sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. Community feeling is like everyone is on vacation. Dock with kayak and peddle boat to use around the marsh and into the sound. Birds wake me up and come onto the decks to nest and feed. Water changes low to high tide daily, never is the same view. Even winter and stormy weather are beautiful. Feels like you are living on a yacht.

Huge living area where everyone can be comfortable and not crowded. Absolute quiet on end of private road. Great views. MBR has floor-ceiling windows and wake to sun rising over the LI Sound. Great kitchen for cooking for a group. All-in-all our group of 7 had a wonderful 2 weeks.

My husband and I rented this extrodinary house to entertain our out-of town wedding guests as well as the grooms family who live in the midwest. Being from land locked Pennsylvania we just loved all the water views. This house had everything including an incredible master suite with probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The kitchen is also outstanding ..it has everything you will need to entertain. The bridesmaids enjoyed a comfortable night and had plent of privacy. We took many great walks ..you feel very secluded here but yet you are close to everything. Loved it!!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The house is located in one of the best area of South Norwalk and is extremely quite and comfortable. All amenities are included. Ideal to enjoy great quality time with the family as well as inviting friends for an amazing bbq on the deck facing LI/Sound. Definitely recommended.

Our family stayed at this lovely home over the Christmas holidays and it was wonderful. The home was especially comfortable and the view from every room was spectacular. We were able to enjoy the wildlife and the beautiful sunsets every day. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us and our extended family of 5 to visit. Would certainly recommend staying at this home.
