  Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful condo. We stayed for a week and had the most amazing time. The golf resort was so beautiful and relaxing. Upon arrival we were able to use the pool and fitness facilities until our place was ready. The pool area was great and very close to the condo. My children loved it! When we were able to get settled into our condo, Patricia(housekeeper) was so helpful and kind. The place was incredibly clean and everything was labeled to find things easily. It looked exactly like it was pictured. It was about 5-10 minute drive to shopping and beach area. If we would come back to myrtle beach I would definitely consider staying here again, although I would prefer something closer to the beach, but the pool area made up for that. I also like the security gate. It made us all feel very safe. Upon leaving a few days prior Dee called to make sure we were comfortable with our stay and everything was okay. She also allowed us not to rush out of the place since no one was staying in the condo after us. That was a nice added bonus. Thank you so much Dee for the great hospitality and warmness you have provided during our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and would stay there again if we return to myrtle beach. Thank you so much!

  It was great to have a relalxing home away from home while on vacation, but to also have an Owner that is so caring and concerned about your confort adds to the experience. Dee is wonderful! She is professional and very easy to work with. She provided great references for restaurants and beach locations during our visit. The Villa is in excellent condition and very confortable. My family of 6 had more than enough space and we did not feel crowded. It is close to the beach, restaruants and shopping. The pool is in walking distance as are the tennis courts, fitness facility and basketball courts. We are looking forward to staying again.

  Our family had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home-away-from home. It was quite, clean, kitchen fully equipped, nicely furnished. We felt secluded but not isolated, enjoyed the morning coffee in the back porch, looking at nature and also the golf court. It was very nice to have TVs in every bedroom plus a huge screen TV in the living room. The pool was very close and really nice; same goes for the tennis courts. WI-FI reception was excellent. The distance to the beach is short the shopping places and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Our experience at this villa was great and communicating with the owner was no hassle. She was very caring and checked to make sure we were comfortable at her place. It was a pleasure to do business with her. I would love to visit the resort again and stay at this villa. We highly recommend this vacation property. Thank you Dee.

  The pictures tell the story. Very clean, quiet & spacious. Great place to relax, we enjoyed our walks in the beautiful neighborhood. We are a family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children) & we found this to be more than adjudicate. A place that we will stay again...highly recommend this to anyone that is seeking a relaxing vacation. The owner was very caring to make sure our stay was excellent. The pool is in a great location to the condo.

  This Villa is exactly has you see pictured, with the exception that it is much nicer than the pictures show. My family (7 of us) rested comfortably at this home. It is close to the beach, restaruants, shopping, putt-putt, and anything else you can imagine. Plus you have the added security of being in a gated community. The Pool was awesome and in walking distance. BEAUTIFUL & VERY CLEAN!! We look forward to staying again.

  We just got back from spending 6 nights in this great condo and I had to write to share what a wonderful experience it was. Three couples stayed here and we were amazed at how each bedroom provided its own private space. Besides having our own bathrooms and large beds, the overall layout of the house made us feel like we had our own private apartment. The kitchen was fully stocked, couches comfortable, and outside patio was a wonderful place to relax. We look forward to coming back here and praise the owners for providing a beatiful home at a reasonable price.

  We just recently came back from a week in North Myrtle Beach. We stayed here at Dee's condo and it was fabulous. There were 7 of us which included 3 children. The surroundings were beautiful and it was extremely quiet. We felt like we were at a home away from home. Dee made us feel welcome. I definitely would consider staying here. It's 5 minutes from the beach and a simple steps from the resort pool. I like that the resort was gated and quiet. Hope this helps you decide.

  We had a great time in a beautiful tidewater golf villa overlooking the tenth tee box of the tidewater golf course. Dee the owner was the best she made sure everything was just right and even helped me out with the golf courses i was hopeing to play. She is a great host. We had absolutly no problems.

  We had a great visit to Myrtle Beach. This condo was nice and roomy with plenty of space for guests. The layout flows nicely and gives excellent privacy for all. We had family staying at another location and they really liked visiting us because we had more seating and a no stairs layout. My mother-in-law has difficulty with stairs and she was able to maneuver in this condo quite easily. The screened in porch was nice to sit on in the evenings. The condo stayed nice and temperature controlled throughout the week even though the temperatures reached 95 - 100 most days in June! The pool was a welcome relief, particularly in the evening. The pool is just across the street, as is a small basketball court. My son enjoyed the pond behind the condo building - fishing in the evenings, just watch the turtles, they will cut your lines!! The kids enjoyed the turtles however. The sleeping arrangements were quite accomodating. We split the king bed into two twins which worked out much better for us with 3 kids and my brother. We did use one of the sleeper sofas and my son said it was quite comfortable. The only downside which has nothing to do with the condo itself was the poor phone signal. We had to go outside to receive a decent enough signal to make phone calls. The owner did provide dedicated hard wired internet service, but you really need to make sure you take a nice long network cable (mine was 25ft and allowed me to sit on the couch or at the table comfortably) as theirs is only a short 4 ft cable (the owner did alert me, so I was prepared). The owners phoned us and answered other questions we had about the property and were very forthcoming with instructions and assistance even while we were there. We had a small bathroom problem and it was easy to get in touch with them and get it resolved. The beach is only about 5 minutes away over in Cherry Grove, with a nice grocery store there. Beach access is fairly open if you go a bit to the south from the pier and large condo/hotels. There are several nice grocery stores and restaurants within 10 minutes drive whether it be back toward N. Myrtle Beach or on 9. Highly recommend the seafood vendors in Cherry Grove for some wonderful inexpensive seafood meals if you are into cooking it yourself. Be sure to bring spices including salt and pepper along with your own coffee. Kitchen is well stocked with nice items to use.

  The condo was very spacious and private. It truly is a first floor unit, very quiet and private. It is located on a very exclusive golf course and all the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome!!! It was very clean and family oriented.
