8 Hunt Club Court is located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes Plantation, a mid-island resort. It sits on a small street with a cul-de-sac to ensure minimal traffic, serenity and tranquility. It is a newer property with all of the features and amenities that you, your family, and friends should expect!
On the main floor, guests will find a living room with queen sofa bed, great room with wet bar, dining room, eating area, kitchen with double ovens and large pantry, sun room, laundry room, powder room with shower, and master suite. The master suite has big windows which overlook the pool, a king bed, and a huge bathroom.
The bathroom has double sinks, 2 walk-in closet/dressing rooms, a gracious jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Up a small set of stairs from the laundry room, guest will find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a jack and jill bath. Up another set of small stairs is the 4th bedroom. It's large and cozy space holds 2 twin beds and a full bath.
From both the sun room and great rooms, guest can access the back deck and pool area through french doors. The deck boasts an outdoor dining table and grill. It overlooks the newly completed saltwater pool. The pool is perfect for all seasons as it is heated and is surrounded by 6 lounge chairs.
Over a small slope of landscaping, guests will find access to the 9 mile lagoon system. Kayak and canoe trips are a must! Right near the front door of the house is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after lazy trips down the lagoon or to the beach.
8 Hunt Club Court has an ideal location in Palmetto Dunes as it is within walking/biking distance to the beach. Guests can also walk or bike to the quaint and ever-popular General Store, the tennis center, golf courses, Palmetto Dunes Outfitters for bike rental, the Marriott and Hilton hotels, Alexander's restaurant, the Dunes House, and Disney Beach Club. A bit of a longer bike ride or walk will take guests to Shelter Cover Harbour, the Mall at Shelter Cove, mini-golf, restaurants, shopping and groceries. Bike trails abound!
