Charming home- completely refurbished- 2 bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, and AC as well and access to the swimming pool in back yard. Living room and kitchen have an open floor plan. Dining table for 4 on wraparound balcony for dining "al fresco".
Casa Bella is just ten minute walk from magnificent Playa Grande- a nearly private spectacular beach with world class surfing and unbelievable beach walks available to you daily. Playa Grande is also home of the Baula National Park and nesting ground for the protected Leather Back turtles.
There are a few restaurants and bars in walking distance, small hotels, and surf shops. In nearby Palm Beach - 10 minutes by car- you will find a supermarket that has a good supply for the locals of imported and local items.
Our property manager is bilingual- Spanish and English and is happy to set you up on various tours in the Guanacaste region.
Casa Bella is a great escape home- you have privacy at home and a comfortable new pool combined with the beauty of Guanacaste including Howler monkeys as possible neighbors in the trees, lots of great bird watching, a great beach to enjoy water sports or just get away from it all.

Year Purchased: 2007
Casa Bella is owned by a family that has lived in this area for 22 years. We have been involved in real estate in the Flamingo and Playa Grande areas. We purchased Casa Bella to keep as a rental property as we liked it's Guanacaste look and feel. We know a lot about this area and are happy to answer any questions. We live in the Grande area about 10 minutes from Casa Bella so we are close by. We love our piece of paradise!
Why the Owner Chose Playa Grande
We purchased Casa Bella as a real estate investment as it was well built but not quite finished. We added the pool in the back yard and put in an entirely new kitchen in 2008. We decided to begin to rent the house in early 2009 and have had excellent reviews.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
Casa Bella is located just off the main road into Playa Grande. This is the paved road so access to the house is easy. It is close to surf shops and a few local restaurants and bars ( within 5 - or less minutes walk ) and 10 minutes to the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica. The house is located on a peaceful street with two other residences and is normally very quiet. It is a great place to escape. Nearby we have surf, great beach, yoga classes, massages, and a lot of R&R if you like. Some days it is as if you have the beach to yourself. You might see the leather back baby turtles hatching and making there way to the water. For convenience sake, there are water taxis in Playa Grande to shuttle you to Tamarindo and by car Tamarindo and Flamingo are only 15 minutes away. There is golf at Pinilla and at Reserva Conchal, Tennis in Tamarindo and an equestrian center in Flamingo offering English riding and of course local horse tours abound.
