This is a custom home with a huge kitchen with family room adjoined to it for the perfect family and friends gatherings. There is seating for five in the kitchen dining nook and four at the kitchen bar area. Additionally, there is a huge living room with two leather sofas, flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player.
The Master Suite features a very large garden tub, a separate shower a queen size bed and cable TV and DVD player. There are two additional bedrooms and another bathroom with full shower and tub. One bedroom features a queen size bed with pillow top mattress and the other has a two twin size beds with plenty of room for an air mattress. Both rooms have full size closets and TVs with cable.
The home features a separate laundry/mud room when you enter from the two car garage and it is a perfect place to store all your beach gear after a day on the sand.
The home has a rocking chair front porch (chairs included) and full covered back patio with Gas BBQ grill for you to enjoy.
Our home is beautifully decorated and all dishes, towels, cups, etc. are here for your use.

Awesome house near all the action

This house is just great. The back yard is fenced in with a nice privacy fence and the back porch is excellent to kick back and relax and grill up some tasty morsels. A short walk of about 1/4 mile takes you to a park on the bay where you can swim your dogs and relax in the warm bay waters. The address is Freeport, but the actual city of Freeport is more than 14 miles down the road. This home is much closer to the Niceville/Blue Water Bay/Seminole area. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our visit and hope the home is available on our future trips to the area.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
