The master bedroom [king] may be accessed either thru the home or by the mahogany steps off the fenced in yard thru an eight foot slider off a mahogany deck with a birds eye view of the ocean. An in-laws bedroom [queen] and bath is provided on the first floor and two additional bedrooms [full & two twins] with a common bathroom on the 2nd floor for children or guests. Plenty of cross ventilation to enjoy the ocean breezes or 2-central AC systems for those who need to be cool. A garage is available for bicycles, beach chairs, etc.
Walking distance [5 blocks] to restaurants, shopping, playgrounds, tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, and Monday night-kid's entertainment at the firehouse. Weekly rentals, no per diems.
