‘JJ's Hideaway’ is just 2 years old and such a charming home where family memories are made. Professionally decorated, this immaculate lake front home has a spectacular view from the screened in porch equipped with a dining table for all to enjoy a family dinner with a view.
This family friendly home offers a large open floor plan from the kitchen into the dining and living room making it easy to all enjoy each others company while the cooks are in the kitchen. This gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counter tops with island. A warm, gracious family room has a great lake front view and large sitting area for watching movies on the 50" flat screen satellite TV.
Bedrooms
This is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with a full basement with concrete floors, a futon for sleeping and two twin beds and foosball table with large TV and DVD.
The 1/2 bath, kitchen, family and kitchen are located on the first floor along with the screened in porch. Three bedrooms are located upstairs, all with a view of the lake. The master is a king and gorgeous bathroom with marble countertops. Bedroom #2 has a comfortable queen and the 3rd bedroom has a full. Also upstairs is a bath to be shared by the other two bedrooms.
The parking is plentiful for a boat with trailer and a couple of cars. The parking is level with the entrance of the home.
Location- This home is located on Brushy Creek just south of Houston, AL off of Hwy 278.
Water accessibility - 24 steps from the top deck to the water. Not bad for Smith Lake! This home has a huge swim dock with ladder and shaded seating.
During the fall, it offers a colorful display with the changing leaves. "Escape" for the weekend during the winter months, which are always warm and inviting for holiday gatherings, quality family time and game playing, or a romantic getaway.
