This 1,850 square foot house resides on 2+ acres, which contributes to its calm and peaceful nature. Gentle breezes provide fresh ocean air and create a light airy feel to the home.
A full-length front porch offers beautiful panoramic ocean views and is an excellent place to sit and enjoy a good book, nice conversation, or a beautiful ocean sunrise for early risers.
The front bedroom sports vaulted ceilings, an ocean view and French doors leading to the front porch. A bamboo four-post bed and furniture combines with a ceiling fan to create a truly tropical feel. The adjoining bathroom features an enormous tiled shower and large vanity. The house also has two other bedrooms one with a queen-size bed and a sunny rear bedroom with two twin beds complete with its own full bath.
A fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining area with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors provide ample living space for up to six. A rear, television room offers an alternative place to sit and watch a movie or read a book.
