"Eat Off The Floors" Clean!

This condo was more than I could have imagined. Joan met us there when we arrived and had been personally cleaning for 3 hours before we arrived. It was spotless. I am VERY particular about staying at condos, hotels etc and I was instantly comfortable. No worries about sitting on the furntiture or the beds. Everything was (as the listing says) "pristine". The condo is, in my opinion, the best unit in the complex. It is the only building with balconies. Even the units that are right on the lake do not have the outside deck like this unit. Even though it is a "second row" to the lake, the view is fabulous. I would not have traded it for one of the lake front units because of the wonderful balcony. Unfortunately, the beach was not to our liking while we were there, a hefty windstorm the day we arrived blew every bit of seaweed and such to shore. But truthfully, it really didn't bother us much because the pool area is so large and clean, we spent the better part of most days there. The pool is very large and "sectioned" so even if there were kids splashing and playing in one section, you could still have room to take an easy swim in another section. The pool was just steps from the unit which made going back and forth for lunch or whatever a breeze. My teenagers could wander down when they wanted and go back to the condo to take a break from the sun. If I had one suggestion to make, that would be the addition of some shaded area around the pool. There were no trees near by (although there are lots near the unit making it a nice shaded building) and no umbrellas. I was even told by the property management to take down a small umbrella I had . They finally agreed if I held it, it was acceptable! I would like to see some shade added because it really limits how long you can spend there without having to get out of the sun for awhile. Truthfully, if there had been some shaded areas I would have spent the entire day by the pool. Overall, this condo was fabulous! I would love to go back next year.

We also appreciate the helpful advice about the beach and the lack of shade by the pool .Will bring these items up at the next owners meeting . My wife works very hard to make this unit perfect every time. She averages 4 1/2 to 5 hours of "hard at it work" between guests including linen cleaning . No shortcuts !! Great Summer Vacation Condo!

Great summer vacation condo close to everything in Port Clinton. Jet Express to Put In Bay is about 2 minutes walk over the draw bridge. Swimming pool on the property is a 1 minute walk. Condo building unit is the only one in the complex with balconies. Eating dinner on the balcony looking out on Lake Erie sunset is relaxing. Very clean and well maintained condo! The pool was a daily favorite place to go to cool off because it is very clean and has areas for adults and kids alike. We would like to return again some day for another vacation stay!

My wife and I recently stayed at this condo and had a wonderful time. The owner was vey nice and accommodating to us. She made sure that the place was very clean and had everything we needed. We will surely stay here again.

the condo had everything we needed and more. the location is perfect for a relaxing weekend on the beach or a wild day trip to Put In Bay. The pool,beach and playground area make it the perfect vacation spot for families or adult weekends. we loved how we could walk to nearly anything we wanted(bars, waterfront dining, jet ski rental and jet express!). We will be back for sure!
