This is a lovely, new two story house. The kitchen features corion countertops, oven, microwave, and spacious cabinets. The dining area boasts a romantic view of the ocean and native breadfruit trees. The living room opens to a balcony which features ocean views and is perfect for outdoor dining and reclining. What is spectacular about this property is the mountain view with a sublime slice of Sacred Falls nestled within the Ko'olau range. The property is situated near secret surf spots of world class fame which go off in fall, winter, and spring months. Also, we are within twenty minutes of the infamous breaks of the North Shore, such as, Sunset, Pipeline, and Waimea. A two minute walk to the beach from the house is a stretch you can walk and swim for miles. There is a beautiful small river mouth beach just a five minute walk down the beach that is gorgeous. The river mouth entry is forever changing with the tides and rainfall. Laie point, Alligator Pond, Kekela's, Pounders bodysurfing beach are all within minutes drive from the house. The view of Sacred Falls is rare. Very few houses have a view of it at all. Sacred Falls is the only waterfall on the island that flows 24 hours 365 days a year that you can see from a small stretch of road if you know where to look. Our vacation house has a perfect view of the majestic falls.

Why the Owner Chose Hauula
We built the house because of its unique location: two houses from the ocean, and with a rare and seldom seen view of Sacred Falls, with the intent for family in the future and decided to share it with people that want to stay in a tropical, country ocean setting for a vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our property has many unique benefits: we are located on the coast of he North Shore where the ocean and mountains are radiant, beautiful and full of life. There are many world renowned surf breaks all along the coast anywhere from 5-30 minutes down the road. Also a world class culture experience conveniently only 5 minutes from the rental: the #1 Hawaii tourist attraction PCC (the Polynesian Cultural Center). There you can experience and enjoy sensational sites, shows, culture, dinning as well as the world class "night show" which features some of our best Polynesian dancers. Brigham Young University and A Beautiful Mormon Temple are right next door and down the street from the world famous Polynesian Cultural Center. World class golfing and dining at Turtle Bay are 20 minutes down the road.
The perfect shady spot to picnic, camp, or launch a small watercraft, such as one man canoe, kayak, or little fishing boat.

Aloha, we are Scotty and Karin del Rey. We have been married for 17 years lived in Hawaii for 30 years and have four beautiful daughters. We both paddle canoe, surf, hike, and can speak the native language, Hawaiian. We both know the island well and you will have the perfect vacation experience staying in our vacation rental located conveniently on the beautiful North Shore of O'ahu.
