Why the Owner Chose Clearwater Beach
The Clearwater Beach in 2008 was voted best beach in the USA. I have family that still live here. My wife and I got even got married on the beach. It is a wonderful place to relax or if you want to get out the options are endless....from the beach, pool, parasailing, scuba diving, taking the dinner cruise or the pirate cruise with the kids, go down to Pier 60 and watch the live performers there every evening! You have the beach and entertainment and you are around 40 minutes to Tampa, to go to Busch Gardens, the Zoo or Big Cats.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
It is 5 minute walk to the beach. It has a trolley for those that would like to ride or you can take your own vehicle and park in the beach lot. The Condo has everything you need while you stay. Including beach towels for going to the beach or the pool. We love watching the dolphins from our balcony!

I grew up in Clearwater Florida. My business moved me from the area but my family is still there. The location is the best in Florida. I enjoy still coming to Clearwater Beach frequently. My wife and kids love all that Clearwater Beach has to offer, whether it's going to the beach, enjoying the pool & hot tub, going to Pier 60 for live entertainment, watching the dolphins from the balcony, going for the day to Busch Gardens or enjoying our favorite places to eat! We hope that our guest find all the reasons that we love Clearwater Beach. We love relaxing here while staying at our condo and hope that you will do the same!
