THE PROPERTY:
This well maintained fully furnished brick colonial style home is located in a private, quiet neighborhood fronting the 7th hole in the Tomoka Oaks Country Golf Club Community. Located 5 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes to Golf, Pool, and Tennis facilities. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. Sleeps a total of 6 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the den. Two full baths and a stocked hall closet with linens, blankets, and towels.
The spacious open living/dining area, right off the fully loaded contemporary kitchen open to the den, seats 6 comfortably for your dining, TV entertainment and social enjoyment. Cable TV, DVD and high speed WiFi for your laptop are included.
Adjacent to the den is a screened-in Florida room which is great for evening entertainment, or during the day, watching the golfers go by beyond the huge oak and orange trees keeping the large backyard shady and cool. A separate laundry room is behind the attached two-car garage.
Central air conditioning keeps the 1800 square feet of living area comfortable year round.
The unique décor and architecture represents the early American colonial spirit. Fully tiled bathrooms, and other details are reminiscent of a home treated with TLC over the years that is complete with hardwood floors, wall-to-wall carpet, and tile.

Mostly enjoy walking the dog in the neighborhoods nearby as well as the abundant locations to take the dog, like the waterside parks, and certain beaches. I have been told the golfing opportunities are abundant and reasonable as well.
