This unit is fully furnished. It has 2 bedrooms(with new beds) ,2 full baths, plenty of closet and dresser space, a fully-equipped kitchen, big screen TV, VCR and DVD, leather couches and
WI-FI. You'll enjoy a private balcony, and a large living room and dining area. Building is equipped with elevators and laundry facilities available on each floor.
Restaurants, bars and convenience stores just steps away. Enjoy Capt. Kurt's world famous clam chowder right across the street.

Good quality accommodation and 90 seconds walk from one of the best beaches on earth! Two bed unit had all we needed including a 50" TV which our son loved. 2 minutes drive/ 20 minutes walk from the busier end of Siesta Key with some local restaurants/ bars and the best beach :) Would recommend more highly but want to come back myself :)

I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter for 3 nights in November 2010. The Condo was well kept, mostly updated (bathrooms are a bit dated but function well, while the living room and kitchen are very nice). The location is excellent with Captain Curt's restaurant and plaza across the street and the beach right there. The pool was nice, but was in the shade most of the day due too large buildings all around. The Price was unbeatable. The staff in the condo office were very nice an helpful. The Condo Owner was also pleasant and very responsive. There was no working phone. All in all, great price, great location.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
