This place had everything! Not only were all the finishing nice, but the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and a bin outside stored folding chairs, an umbrella, fins and snorkels, boogy boards, etc. Everything has been thought of to the smallest detail. Mylo was great to deal with. Everything went smoothly. Oh - and the location can't be beat. Honestly I should be keeping this a secret so I can come back again and again.

Magic in Maui!!

Fabulous remodeled condo on the main floor with amazing ocean and beach views. Great location next to the park - walk to several great restaurants (we recommend Cafe O'Lea, 808 and Sarentos) and shopping. Oversized kitchen with all the amenities. High-end finishes throughout make for a very comfortable stay. Beautiful pool, loved having a main floor walk-out unit, enjoyed listening to the waves and easy beach access (soft powdery sand too!). First time staying in Kihei and we much prefer it over Lahanai or Kaanappali. Highly recommend this unit and the owners were great to work with!

Thank you Mylo and Gene for opening your great Condo for our use. The location is perfect and the ammenities are great. Waking up to the view outside of the bedroom window put a smile on my face instantly. What a great way to start the day! I can't wait to come back! From the sunsets on the rooftop to the snorkeling gear, beach mats, Kitchen tools, view from the Lanai, etc. This is the perfect place to relax and not have to worry about anything and that is what a vacation should be about. We LOVED your beautiful home!! It was just perfect for us. The location was ideal for both relaxing on the beach and for exploring the island. We loved the fact that our teenagers could be happy fishing, snorkeling, and swimming right out the door! We also loved that we could easily drive to all parts of the island from Kihei. We tried to fit in everything from Haleakala, to Hana, to a luau in Kaanapali, surfing lessons in Kihei, snorkeling in Molikini, to parasailing in Lahaina! Thank you so much for all of the amenities you provide including all of the beach equipment. Also, we have stayed in many condos around the world, and you have really thought of everything anyone could need while on vacation! Your kitchen has everything! We also appreciated the beautiful decor that was luxurious. Thank you again, and we will be recommending your beautiful property to all of our friends!

The Condo has a great location with many beaches, food, and shops within walking distance. The Condo itself was very nice, clean, and just like the pictures. The free wireless internet was great too. The view from the lanai and bedroom of the ocean was excellent. This is not a partial view. We loved the ground level as we could walk right from the lanai to the beach and vice versa, plus there are no stairs to climb. Parking was less than 50 yards away, which is nice compared to the large hotels. Also there is an alarm system so you feel safe leaving your valuables. I would definately recommend to anyone looking for a condo right on the beach.

Wonderful Unit!!!

We rented from Mylo and Gene and were amazed at the upgrades they did to this unit. We had friends staying in another unit on the ground floor and they were wowed when they saw our unit. Mylo was great to deal with as well. The unit had everything we could ask for and then some (including beach towels, beach chairs, children's sand toys, multiple sets of masks and fins, coolers, umbrellas you name it!!). Location-wise was excellent. Right across the street were 2 places to rent snorkel/boogie board gear, a small health food market, Maui Tacos and the local convenience store (ABC store). Once we arrived I didn't need to use our car except for sightseeing. Occasionally the main road would get a bit noisy in the evenings but wasn't an issue as you could close the windows and use the A/C while getting our little one down to sleep. We found the ground floor super convenient as we could walk right off the patio (lanai) to either of the gorgeous beaches (Kamaole1 or 2). Also it was great to let our 6 year old burn off energy running back and forth on the grass. The rocks in front of the building allow for the growth of algae which supports local daily turtle grazing. We could watch turtles splashing in the waves with most sunsets. Also there is a small reef right off of the condo's pool which supported a nice fish population. We had a bit of what they call "Southern Surge" which stirred up the water so snorkeling wasn't always great but make for excellent 6 year old body surfing. In our case we just drove 45min north to Honolua Bay to get clear (but a bit chillier) water. The only issue we had was birds nesting in the trees on the on the parking lot side would carry on @ 4:15am to 5:15am every morning so sleeping in the den earplugs are a must. In the main bedroom (ocean-side) you couldn't hear a thing. Another thing to mention was in the pool area signs state "No Marco Polo and No snorkeling gear", so if you have a pack of rowdy kids they should burn off their energy at one of the 2 adjacent beaches. One other thing to mention was I NEVER heard our neighbors on either side or above us. The concrete building construction did an excellent job of sound isolation. All in all a wonderful location from wonderful folks! I highly recommend!! Looking forward to our next trip!

The condo was perfect: the beachfront location (with attendant postcard views) was incredible, the unit was beautiful and oh so comfortable (other family members rented units in the same complex that were nowhere near as nice), and the owners were efficient and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend it unconditionally.

We Love, Love this condo! It is so nicely done and in an wonderful location. We ate outside on the lanai everyday, it was so wonderful to eat and look out at the ocean. Being on the ground level was prefect with a baby, it was so nice being able to hang out on the grass with our little girl and also not having to go down stairs to get to the beach! They had tons of stuff if you have a baby...A pack and play crib, baby cabana, diaper bag, extra baby blankets and beach toys for baby & adults! The owners Mylo and Gene were excellent to deal with and overall had an excellent stay. We highly recommend this condo.

I stayed 5 days at the condo, having gone to Maui for a friend's wedding - way too short a time at this location! The condo has been remodeled with obvious taste and attention to detail, all to benefit those who stay here. The furnishings, the details in the kitchen and bathrooms, the electronics, the information provided by the Owners, the cushy comfortable beds and linens - all luxury without a doubt. PLUS you just walk right out the door, over a grassy lawn to a gorgeous beach and jump in. Saw 4 sea turles in the water right at the complex, and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the lawn, from the 6th floor patio deck upstairs and from a nearby restaurant. Easy walk to store, shops, and nice places to eat. Coiuld not ask for more! Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with me for my trip - will definitely be back again.

My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon. We couldnt be happier with our first trip to Hawaii and this wonderful condo. It was a home away from home. If there was something we needed it was already there for us. All the upgrades to this place are very tastefully done and the bed was super comfy. This condo will definately be on the top our list when we plan a return trip. Thank you Milo for a honeymoon we remember for a lifetime.

We stayed this past summer. The unit was excellent. Everything worked great and was in tip top shape. Linens were fluffy and beds were inviting. Very comfortable and clean. On July 4th, the entry door got messed up on a fluke thing, and the contractor was at the unit within ten minutes and fixed it. (Half our party stuck inside, half outside) We were very appreciative of the service. This was our first time renting through VRBO and Dealing with owners was no problem at all. We'd rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

In my opinion that is. And you'll agree once you see this unit. The owner has put great effort and expense to make their unit first class. The location is excellent; just a few steps to both the pool and the beach and it sure beats having to take the elevator each time you walk out the door. Also, the unit sort-of sits on the side looking onto the beach so you don't get the direct sun beating into the unit late in the afternoon. The rooftop BBQ area is one of this complex's best features. Probably the best place to watch the sunset in the whole area. Thanks for helping our vacation be a success. An upgraded condo, with everything that you could ask for in a condo. Imagine waking up everyday with a beautiful ocean view, and all the modern conveniences of home and more. The condo has been beautifully decorated, and furnished with all top of the line appliances. With a beautiful lanai, and grass right out front, a great spot for young kids to play while, Mom and Dad relax. The rooftop bbq area was a hit, while watching the evening. sunsets . If a condo could score 11/10, this one would.
