A pool was added in spring of 2009 offering tranquil waterfalls and spectacular views from the attached hot tub. The home sits in a quiet, friendly neighborhood within walking distance to historic Pass-a-grille's shops, restaurants and famous beach sunsets. The Don Cesar Beach Resort is a short mile away for those who choose to indulge. From the time you arrive you will be amazed how everything you need is within a 2 to 3 mile radius, seriously. Obviously if you need to get a taste of another life outside of paradise, St. Petersburg and Tampa offer most if not all of what other major cities have, museums, fine dining, theater, etc.
If fishing appeals to you, the owners of the home have been fishing in these Gulf Waters for 20+ years and would welcome any personal charter trips on request. The boat sits off the dock on its slip ready whenever. Just give ample notice and weather permitting, it's a go.
