Welcome to our beautiful Blue Hawaii Paradise! Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this upscale condo located on the 5th floor of Pat’s at Punaluu. The condo is perfect for any one looking for a piece of paradise on the last untouched stretch of beach on Oahu. The windward side of the island offers breezy trade winds on most days of the year to keep the temperature in the low to mid 80’s.
Punaluu is 25 minutes from Kaneohe and 45 minutes from Waikiki, Pearl Harbor and the airport. Drive to Kualoa Ranch, Waimea, Turtle Bay, North Shore’s Sunset Beach and Haleiwa, Polynesian Cultural Center, shopping and horseback riding all with in a few minutes. Or spend the day swimming or walking on the quiet, peaceful beach far away from the crowds of Waikiki.
Remodeled in 2007, the condo features marble floors, granite countertops, ceramic cook top in a fresh, airy beach environment. Four people can sleep comfortably on the double bed in the sleeping alcove and the two twins in the living room. The twins convert to a king size bed as well. Amenities include a fitness center overlooking the ocean, sauna, BBQ, beach chairs, picnic area and pool.
