Newly remodeled condo in North Wildwood one and a half blocks from the beach with a heated pool on 14th street, and is just steps to the boardwalk which starts on 16th street. This unit features central air conditioning and heat for year round use, new carpet and furniture!!! There is one off street parking space. Can sleep up to 7 people. Also available for those event weekends from Thursday to Sunday off season!!!
Our unit is kid friendly !We have 3 TV's and DVD players in the unit! There is also an outside patio that includes two tables and seating for 8 to sit outside for cocktails, meals, or to just sit back and relax!!!

Stayed in condo July 2012, very affordable, very clean & cozy! We loved having access to a pool! Neighbors were very friendly. Location was perfect, close enough to the boardwalk & beach but not too close that you couldn't enjoy some peace & quiet! We were able to walk to the boardwalk & beach, however, my parents drove, it was a bit too far for them. I would definitely rent this condo again! My kids & family loved it!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My name is Darlene McCullough ! I purchased this unit along with my husband, brother and sister in law as an investment property !!! It is one of the best things I have ever done ! Even though I don't get to use it as much as I would like to I love just having it to go to whenever I want ! And best of all I love the beach !!! This picture is of myself, husband and kids who also think this was a great investment !!!
Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood:
My dream was to always own a shore house. This isn't exactly my dream house but I can say that I own a condo at the shore, and would never trade it for anything !!! I wanted something new, reasonably priced and in a family location so that is why I chose North Wildwood, and our location is the best ! It is a block and a half to beach and boardwalk ! Once I get here I park my car and don't get back in it till I leave to go home, everything is in walking distance !!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love the fact that I am close enough to walk everywhere, especially the beach and boardwalk, and don't have to pay for parking !!! When we come back from the beach I also enjoy the fact that we have the pool were we can sit and unwind an relax !
