Our privately owned 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury villa is set in the quiet and peaceful Westridge Community, which is situated in a prime location on Highway 27 with Disney being just 15 minutes away. It is just off Highway 192, the main route through Kissimmee, with its many restaurants, bars, retail outlets and other attractions and there is easy access to the I4 - making the airports and Tampa (for Busch Gardens) easy to reach.
This former model home is both attractive and spacious with a larger than average plot providing greater privacy. The villa and pool are furnished, decorated, and maintained to a very high standard. We provide free Verizon Fios TV, Phone and Wireless Internet to our customers.
Great Room: The Great Room lives up to its name. We have upgraded all the furniture offering an exceptionally high degree of comfort and luxury. Vaulted ceilings give you a wonderful feeling of space and size.
Dining room: The formal dining area is in the front of the villa and comes with a large table that seats six.
Game Room: We recently converted our garage to a game room. It comes with Pool Table, foosball, air hockey, darts and Xbox 360 and Nintendo GameCube video game systems.
Kitchen: Fully-equipped with ample work surfaces, cooker/stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils. The kitchen has a breakfast nook as well as a breakfast bar with 3 stools. We provide local and International free calling.
Breakfast Nook:The Nook is right off the kitchen area and is a great place to start your busy day. It is also a great place to sit at the end of your day for a cup of coffee or tea. It is right next to the in-house Intercomm system where you can play music while you sit and relax.
Laundry room: Washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Master Bedroom with en suite:
Spacious room with a king-size bed. Cable TV. Ceiling fan. Large en suite bathroom with oval bath, walk-in shower, twin washbasins, and walk-in closet. Hair dryer.
Bedrooms #2, #3, and #4: One with queen-size bed and two with twin beds. Ceiling fans. Ample storage. Hair dryer.
All bedrooms have Cable TV.
Second bathroom:
Includes a bath/shower unit and washbasin; it is also accessible from the pool area.
Pool Area:
Screened pool (30 feet by 12 feet) with sun-beds and patio furniture. Pool can be heated at an additional charge of £70/week or $100/week. Alarms are fitted to all the doors leading to the pool to reduce the risk of children entering the area without the knowledge of adults. The larger than average plot behind the pool results in greater privacy.

The house was wonderful to stay in. My 5 yr old LOVED the Mickey mouse room. It was nice to be able to spread out after a day at the park and not be crammed into a hotel room. Each child had their own room and we could swim in peace without lots of other people being around. It was nice not to hear people running up and down the halls, slamming doors, yelling etc. The house was clean and nicely stocked. We will definitely use again when we go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had heard about the villa locally and were interested in trying something other then the normal hotel or onsite resort. The problem was there was 5 of us and that would require 3 hotel rooms. This villa was perfect for us. The only disappointment we had was that we didnt get to stay home very long each day so we didnt get to use all of the ammenities available. We did play in the gameroom several nights and it was perfect! But we were constantly out to the parks all of the other days. If you are like us and are looking for a way to save money and want a great place to stay - Rent this villa! You won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented the property for a month and found it to be a lovely place to stay. The listing description was very accurate in the appearance and amenities of the home. Kris, the owner, was very helpful in resolving the little problems we had with the phone system. I would recommend this property to others -- it would be very comfortable for families with young children, or for older 'retired folk' like us who enjoy the comforts of home while travelling.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This home was exactly as advertised. Photos accurate. Owner very helpful, returning emails and available by phone when required. Nice pool and we enjoyed the games room. Kitchen was very well equipped. (however no BBQ) Clean home in nice neighbourhood. Only 15 min to Disney. Publics and restaurants close by. 50 Min to Tampa. Very central location. Could benefit from new mattresses on beds but otherwise very good. I would recommend this home to families looking for a nice home for a reasonable rate as it is clean and in a great location.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The one thing we enjoyed the most would be the game room. We would all play pool every night before going to bed; we easily played over 30 games of pool while we were there.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About: You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks. Now we have two small children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas. Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

We have added alot of items to the villa such as: CD Players, large screen TVs, DVD Players, Wireless Internet, XBOX 360 game system, and a new game room with pool, air hockey and foosball.
We are also mindful of children and have games, books, children's videos, cot, stroller and highchair.
There is a wonderful large pool in the back with pool toys and inflatable rafts for you to use. The comfortable pool furniture should make life 'great' during your stay. This we hope will lead to guests wanting to return and also recommending us to others.
Many of our guests have been trying a villa holiday for the first time and they are now converted to 'villa' holidays as the best form of accommodation!! They are experiencing luxury at a very inexpensive price and getting so much more for their money than just a hotel room!!!! There is local management that watches the property to make sure there are no problems during your visit.
If this is your first time to consider a 'villa' holiday, we hope you will give it a try and make a booking today. Once you have, you won't think about living out of a suitcase in a small, expensive hotel room EVER again!
