Beautiful, brand new waterfront home located in the Reef Village Resort development, just across the bridge from San Pedro. Walk, bike, or take a golf cart to San Pedro town within minutes. San Pedro is the heart of Ambergris Caye, a town with a fun and lively atmosphere, as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. The home is in a great location, close enough to the conveniences of town, but far enough away to provide the kind of peace and quiet that you want from a great vacation.
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a combo living room/dining area, and a full kitchen with granite counters, hard wood cabinets and an eat in breakfast bar. In addition the home features tile floors throughout, marble counters in the bathroom, beautiful hardwood doors, cabinets, and trim work. The open floor plan, high ceilings, and abundance of natural light give the home a very comfortable, inviting ambiance. The living room and two of the bedrooms have lagoon views and open up to the covered veranda. The huge outdoor veranda is basically an extension of the living space and gives the home a great indoor/outdoor dimension, which fits perfectly with the tropical weather.
The home is beautifully situated overlooking the water, offering lots of bird and marine wildlife viewing. You can even fish from the veranda. The entire roof top is a deck from which to sunbathe, entertain, or just enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lagoon. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet that is also perfect for storing gear and luggage.
Enjoy all the amenities of the Reef Village Resort, which include a beautiful pool, tasty restaurant, lively open air bar, nightly entertainment, and 24 hour security. The resort is casual and fun, just like the rest of the island. The staff is friendly and helpful and is dedicated to making your stay an enjoyable one. We are a family of four from Northern California. We own a wholesale business which provides office supplies to the retailing industry. We love to travel and to experience new places and cultures. We chose a second home in Belize because of the incredible natural beauty, great tropical weather, clear & warm ocean water, and world class diving. But what we love the most about Belize are the incredibly friendly people.

This house is perfect for those people that enjoy the outdoors and enjoy the warm, tropical weather, which we do. This house has as much outdoor living space as indoors with a huge covered veranda (overlooking the water) and a roof top deck with beautiful lagoon sunset views.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The diving and fishing on the island is world class. We like the close proximity to San Pedro with its many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shops of all kinds. We love the resort facilities, especially the pool. We especially enjoy the friendly resort staff which goes out of their way to make your stay worry free and easy. If you want, they will book all of your dive, fishing, and eco tour trips, and they also provide free transfers to and from the airstrip. Whatever you need, just ask them.
