Beautiful penthouse with direct access to the ocean and the beach. Wrapped around balcony with unobstructed views of the beach and the golf course. The Building , the elevator have been renovated this year. Our condominium is totally renovated. The whole apartment is redone with sandcolor tone tiles. Both bedrooms have a view of the ocean. The master bedroom has access to the porch. The kitchen and living room have a 180 degree view of the ocean , the golf and the inter coastal at once . The apartment is very quiet, it doesn't have any building obstructing the view. The area is private and quiet. The apartment is spacious and offers a lot of privacy . The 2 bedrooms are private with their own entrance and bathrooms.
The condominium is part of the Mariott resort and offers amenities such as access to beach towels ,lounge chairs, umbrellas and sport activities such as tennis courts, fitness center,golf,surfboard and kayak rentals.
The resort is family oriented with activities organized for children.
They are several restaurants on the resort .
The condominium is close to many other restaurants in town.
If you prefer to cook , there is a grocery store 2 minute away by car or a 10 minutes walk. There is a shuttle to transport people around the resort
The apartment is located at the south end of Hutchinson island on the east coast of Florida
The access is easy from the West Palm Beach airport. You can also access from major airports, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando.

Why the Owner Chose Stuart
I have been looking for a beautiful place on the ocean for many years. I found it this spring and I would like to share the beauty of the place with others. Many times I went in vacation to resorts advertising ocean views and found myself frustrated that I could not see the ocean or listen to the waves. Now I have a place where I can see and hear the ocean from all the rooms. The people in the complex are friendly and I have a sense of belonging to a nice community. This is a great place for me to escape the cold of New Hampshire and to unwind. The shopping is easy and the restaurants close by. I could stay there without a car. This is the place for us to relax . The place is large enough to have our children with us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The area is peaceful with no high rise building. The area still has the old Florida feeling. It is also not far from Disney in Orlando and Cape Canaveral for fun outings.
West palm beach downtown is 40 minutes away

I am French and married an American from NYC. We went to medical school in France and practice medicine in NH. The weather is very cold here and we needed a place for the winter. I enjoy coming to the Plantation with my family. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for all of us. The beach is so easy to get to. We can spend time together as well as enjoy the different activities the resort has to offer .
Everybody can relax and enjoy the beauty of the ocean.
The community is also very friendly
