Why the Owner Chose Sun City Grand
We have another home in S.C.G. which we stay in Jan-April. We enjoy all the ammenities S.C.G. has to offer that we decided to purchase a villa for rental so other people can enjoy the resort style living that S.C.G. has to offer. Our villa is located within walking distance to the Adobe spa,fitness center, restaurants, golf courses, CVS drug store, pool and entertainment events.

My husband and I are from Palatine, IL..He is a retired college professor and head football coach. We enjoy riding our "Harley" during the summer at home. We spend 2-3 months in our home in S.C.G. during the winter. We have 2 children and 3 grand-children that we adore very much. My husband is an avid golfer and I enjoy interior decorating. We love all the activities that S.C.G. has to offer.
