This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home has its own private screened pool. The home is located in Lindfields; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for other area attractions. This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 8. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with cable TV/DVD/VCR; the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have 2 twin-size beds and cable TV/DVD. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa and cable TV in the living room.
Beautifully furnished, there is ample kitchen equipment, range, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, towels, linens etc. There are a crib, portable pack & play, bouncy chair and portable booster/high chair. This is a non-smoking and pet free home.
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy one of many golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Tax Rate: All rates posted are plus 13%.
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted (4.5% fee applies).
Administrative Fee: A $50 administrative fee will be charged for changes made to a confirmed reservation. The exception is when a stay is being lengthened and then just the nightly rental rate plus tax is added to the Guest’s balance..
Departure Fee: For stays of less than 6 nights there is a one-time $65 fee.
Security Deposit: No security deposit is due because an Accidental Rental Damage insurance policy is included in all rental quotes.
Reservation Deposit: A $200 reservation deposit is required to reserve home. For reservations made less than 30 days to check in, payment in full is required at the time the reservation is made. Balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival for reservations made greater than 30 days to arrival.
Cancellations: In the event of cancellation 30 days or less from check in date, the Guest will forfeit the full cost of their reservation. (We strongly recommend you take out Travel Insurance, which is available at a cost of 7% of the total rental cost). Cancellations more than 30 days from check in date will result in loss of the $200.00 reservation deposit.

Great home to stay in for you Disney vacation. House was cozy and easily fit our family of 5 with room to spare. The only drawback would be that it only has limited number of channels (didn't have Nick which pose a problem for us) but the only reason we noticed is because it rained one day and we stayed in. Pool was a great end to a long day at Disney.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

It is a very nice vacation home. We enjoyed it and was very satisfied with everything and we have been there more than once. The kids enjoy the pool. It is very close to Disney and also the outlet malls. Also very close to The Holy Land Experience. I will be back again soon. I also want to the ones that I went thru to rent the house they are very nice.

Just returned home from vacation and we enjoyed our eight day stay here. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool, especially the kids. Location of disney and other attractions such as Fun Spot, various flea markets as well as various Outlet Malls, Walmart and Publix supermarket area all within minutes away. We even found a chinese restaurant nearby that delivered which was good. I would recommend this home to others. We will be returning here for our next vacation in Florida. The property was clean and well maintained. We even saw the pool guy come to clean while we were there. The layout and pictures of the home are exactly as described on the website and it was pleasurable experience communicating with the owner and the rental agency. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kids hated to leave but all vacations come to an end.

This place was perfect for our Disney visit! Property was very clean and the pool with a covered (shady) sitting area. The house was very close to Disney property (about 10 minutes to the gate) and about 20 minutes to universal and Sea World. The house was very clean and we'd stay here again.

The house was perfect for the time we were going to spend in it. The pool was exactly what our bodies ordered after walking around theme parks all day. The house was very clean and all amenities were in good shape. Toward the end of our stay, the insects that began to show up were creepy and gross but we chalked it up to being in Florida! Maybe the treatments for the house were wearing off. It was a wonderful value and we would stay here again if in Orlando again.

it was our first trip to florida and it will not be the last. The house is very centrally located and everything is easily reachable by car Disney,Universal, Supermarkets and many Outletts. Especially good, we found the indoor pool area. The pool was very warm.The house is super-established and we have a very nice time. Very well liked us, the Outback Restaurant.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

Stayed here for Disney vacation in February. Excellent home - very clean, comfortable, and has heated pool. Furthermore, excellent location - 10 minutes to the Disney parks (with no traffic). Also great for kids - they have booster seat and childproofing. Only advice I would give is for folks to bring the basics as previous guests do not leave too much. Exceeded expectations and would recommend or visit again in a heartbeat. Management company was also very nice to deal with. This home made our vacation extra special.

This rental was so much more than I expected. The price was excellent. The pool was heated for no extra charge. The master bathroom was gorgeous. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
