This vacation home, number 207, is a beautiful duplex townhome in the perfect location for your relaxing getaway. With over 2700 square feet plus two large lanais there is a wealth of space for families to spread out and enjoy their privacy as well as warm and inviting living spaces in which to gather and savor the joy of sharing time together.
The main level includes a gourmet center-island kitchen, open living and dining areas which flow onto the extensive covered lanai equipped with a wet bar, under-counter refrigerator and gas grill with a grassy area beyond. A guest bedroom suite with a California king bed and private bath, a half bath and full utility room complete the lower level. A full-sized washer and dryer make it easy to care for your family’s needs. All the linens, laundry soaps, kitchen supplies, and paper goods for your stay will be furnished for your convenience.
A sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping, and we can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The master bedroom suite on the second level features a California King bed, ceiling fan, dual sinks, a separate soaking tub with a fabulous "Honu" mural, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. The upper level guest bedroom offers 2 comfortable twin sized beds and private bath. The windowseat view of 3 mountains from this bedroom is stunning. If you are lucky enough to visit during the winter months, you may even see snow on Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa, which is always a view to remember.
The Villages Amenity Center, which is located just a short walk from the home, features a free-form freshwater lagoon style pool and spa, an aerobics and exercise room, and a clubhouse pavilion with a wet bar and catering kitchen. Walk next door to the fabulous Shops at the Mauna Lani for your morning coffee or a delicious dinner. Groceries are available at the shops! Enjoy golf on the championship Francis H.
