Newly renovated garden apartment in the ultra hip Lower Haight. French doors open out to a patio and garden. Decorated with vintage rock posters from the Haight/Ashbury. Very close to everything. The Castro, Haight-Ashbury, Hayes Valley/Civic Center and Golden Gate Park are all easily walkable.
One block to public transportation. Located on a quiet block lined with Victorian homes, the apartment is in a 1908 Edwardian building that is owner occupied. Restaurants (French, High-End California Cuisine, Thai, Indian, Korean, Sushi, African, Burgers and a great breakfast spot) are all within a three block radius. Lots of delivery options available as well. There are also several clubs in the area.
This charming garden apartment has new paint, carpeting and queen-size Sealy mattress. There is also a new cooking range and dishwasher. All cotton bedding with European Duvet. There is a small room with a double futon, portacrib and stroller for babies. Stocked with lots of games, guidebooks and plenty of information on San Francisco history. The patio and garden are an oasis in the center of the city! Very Cozy and waiting for you!
