This house has an open floor plan with the kitchen opening to the dining room and living room. This makes it ideal for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen was completely redone 2 years ago. It has granite countertops and a magnificent island that accommodates 6 people.
The stove is gas and has a grill for cooking hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken etc. The stove is in the island which makes it very convenient for cooking and serving.
The dining room is beautifully furnished with a dining wood table that opens to 5 ft square and sits 8 when opened.
Also in the dining room there is a buffet/server and an antique armoire with dishes to serve 8-10 people. There are lots of windows with magnificent views of the backyard and plenty of light.
The living room has a 42" High definition plasma TV, gas fireplace, computer desk with computer and printer, and lots of windows with gorgeous views of front courtyard and backyard. It has 2 very comfortable sofa beds, 1 queen sofa bed (sleeps 2) and 1 full sofa bed (sleeps 1-2).
Comcast cable, HBO, ESPN On Demand etc.
The Master Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and 1 comfortable chair that opens to a twin bed. It also has a dresser with plenty of drawers and a mirror and 2 nightstands. It has gorgeous views of the front garden and it has plenty of light with its 3 windows. It also has a closet for hanging clothes. There is also ethernet connection a television and a dvd player. The master bath has been partially updated with a new Koehler sink and toilet and it has a tub with a shower.
The Bedroom #2 is just outside of #1 and it has a queen bed and dresser with plenty of drawers and a mirror and 2 nightstands. There is a closet for hanging clothes. There is also ethernet connection a television and a dvd player.
The bathroom #2 is located just outside the bedroom and it can easily be converted to a master bathroom by closing a pocket door. This room also has plenty of light and its large 2 windows face the beautiful backyard.
The small master is separated from the other 2 bedrooms by the living room/dining room area and it has 2 single beds. The small master bath has a shower (no tub), a sink and a toilet. This is also the smallest of the 2 bedrooms and will not accommodate a wheelchair unless one of the beds is removed. There is also ethernet connection a television and a dvd player in this room.
The whole house has hardwood floors and the ceiling in the kitchen and living room are vaulted.
There is wireless internet as well as ethernet connections in the living room and all bedrooms.
Cable television and tv's in all bedrooms and living room.
All bedding is at a minimum 300 count.

We chose to purchase this home due to its proximity to the beach and golf as well as the beauty of the neighborhood.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This house is located on a double lot with lots of room for children to run around and also large enough for entertaining. Each room has lots of windows with gorgeous views to the back and front yard/court yard. It is not uncommon for birds to build nests all around. Even if you are not a bird lover, you are sure to enjoy the blue jays, cardinals, and all types of birds that come around every day. The above ground pool has a salt water system and is 16'9" in diameter. This is just enough for adults to cool off and children to have a blast. I know my kids love it! The front courtyard is very cozy with plenty of sitting and separate from the backyard. It is also located in the front of the property and it is gated. It is ideal for small groups of people to gather. The backyard is very spacious and this will be where large groups of people will gather and barbecue and where kids can just run or swim in the pool.
4 lighted tennis courts, 2 paddleball courts, 2 basketball courts, 2 bocce courts, a small recreation center, playground equipment and a baseball/softball field.FREE to the public.

My husband and I purchased a home in Hollywood Lakes about 5 years ago and loved it so much that we have since purchased 2 more homes in the area. The proximity to the beach and the beauty of the neighborhood is what drew us to the area in the first place. We often go for walks or take our two girls (6 and 7) for a bike ride around the neighborhood. I am from Portugal and my husband is American. Although we now live in the USA, we intend to take trips to Portugal often which is one of the reasons we plan on renting our home while away. Needless to say, because we live in this house you can expect to have all the comforts you would find at home. We love it so much and are sure that you will as well.
