Our stay was originally set up to include more family members than the three of us, however we still had an amazing stay! The house is perfect! Everything you could need. The furnishings are perfect. A truly well thought out home. We didn't know what to enjoy first. The deck facing the ocean is wonderful as well as the deck in the back of the house has stunning views as well. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the great view of the storm out on the ocean from the deck it didn't last long but was a sight to behold. We were there during bike week but that did not affect us one bit. You couldn't hear a thing out there from inside the home. The kitchen had everything you could think of. We had a small glitch on the pool heat but it was addressed promptly and was surprised how quick someone was there. Leslie the property manager is a delight and gave great tips on what to see and do during our stay. There is great dining, shopping and things to do on rainy days. We loved the downstairs game room and the outdoor amenities. My only down thought is when I realized I don't live here! We were a family of three and our son slept in nearly every room except ours and would review each room with delight. Every room has something special to it and this house is just something special. You can't go wrong here. The pictures do not depict how warm and inviting and just how big this house is. Every room was spotless and the kitchen was impeccable! Our favorite eats there are The Black Pelican right down the road and Owen's you can't go wrong at either one.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This house is very well maintained and everything was as the listing promised. The beach entrance is only a short walk so very close. The only drawbacks for us was the pool was a little small, and you had to walk through the house to get to the outside shower. This may be by design to prevent others from using it but it was a little inconvenient. Both of these things aside, I would definitely recommend this rental so a friend or relative.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
