"Tres Belle" is a beautiful estate home located in the heart of Buckhead, one of the most prestigious areas of Atlanta. Close to the Governor's Mansion, numerous International Consulates, 5 star hotels, fabulous restaurants, and incredible shopping, yet this home is nestled on a secluded lot surrounded by lush forest. Profeesional landscaping and multilevel outdoor stone terraces make this home the perfect venue for all sizes of events. We will consider nightly, weekly, or monthly leasing. From corporate events down to the smallest of intimate dinner parties or weekend jaunts to Atlanta, this home is perfect for all types of occasions. We will lease the guest house separately or included with the main house at additional rate.
This large "California Ranch" style home has been meticulously maintained. There is approximately 6400 square feet in the main house and an additional 600 square feet in the separate two story guest house. Guaranteed privacy, the home is surrounded by a heavily wooded 1.5 acre fenced lot.
Upon entering the home, the elegant foyer displays artwork that the owner has collected over the years. An avid collector, the owner displays many original works of art throughout the home for your enjoyment.
Located off the foyer is the formal living room and dining room decorated in a chic New York style. A large living room with several sets of French doors open to the front terrace which allows for guest to enjoy the outdoor gardens. Also located off the foyer is the elegant family room complete with coral marble fireplace that adds a warm ambiance on cool nights. The family room is decorated in a soft contemporary style with furnishings by Barbara Barry. Furnishings include a mahogany game table, sofa, club chairs and ottoman, television, DVD and telescope to view the stars on a clear night and sound system. The family room opens into the breakfast area.
The lovely breakfast area, keeping room and kitchen are decorated in a warm French Country style complete with a reading nook, fireplace and French doors that lead to the magnificent backyard! The pecan wood breakfast table seats eight and there is a wet bar conveniently located between the family room and keeping room. The gourmet kitchen is completely stocked with all the appliances necessary for preparing delicious meals. Or if you don't care to cook during your stay, we can provide a personal chef and/or housekeeper for an additional fee.
The main level includes three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own sitting area, sound system, fireplace and balcony that overlooks the pool. The master bath includes his and her vanities, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, dressing area and huge master closet! There are two additional bedrooms each with private baths located on the main level. The laundry facilities are also located on the main level.
The lower level includes a large playroom complete with built in bunk beds, built in shelves with an array of games, and air hockey. There is an additional large family room located on the lower level with a fireplace and pool table. The lower level family room opens to a full kitchen and bar that is great for entertaining or can be used as a catering kitchen. The kitchen is convenient to the pool area and and lower stone terraces. A large outdoor grill is provided as well. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level. It has a king size bed, huge bath with Jacuzzi and tumble marble shower.
The pool is absolutely beautiful! Totally private! The guest/pool house is located beyond the pool and includes a great room with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, fireplace and kitchenette. A lower level bedroom (which is the fifth bedroom), full bath and private deck. The pool house also makes a great cabana!

- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): The home has two steps at the front entrance and one step at the garage entrance.Stepless throughout main level of the main house. A ramp is necessary for the front entrance if guest is in a wheelchair.
- Kid Friendly: This home is fabulous for children with lots of places to play. I provide all kinds of toys for children of all ages. Precious bunk beds and trundle bed are located in the playroom for cool "sleepover".Please be cognizant of the pool which is located away from the main house.
