Our second home is a spacious and well-appointed 2,000+ sf of elegant living, offering a fully-stocked kitchen with separate breakfast area, formal dining room, and the opportunity to eat-out on the lanai watching the sunset over the lake.
The master bedroom suite is a private getaway with a jet tub, separate roomy rain shower, sitting area and direct access to the lanai. The second bedroom has two single beds plus an en-suite, while the third bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed and great lakeside views. Ample closets, cable TV, and plush linens accompany each room. Private driveway, garage and entrance help our house feel like your home!
We are on the 1st floor of a carriage house in the beautiful double-gated WCI community of The Colony at Pelican Landing, on the secluded natural preserve of Estero Bay. The Colony features perfectly manicured grounds, private 34-acre island beach, pool, canoeing, tennis, a gym and more.
Minutes from world class shopping at Coconut Point Mall, also near outlets when your looking for a bargain! Walk to the luxurious Stillwater Spa at the Coconut Point Hyatt Resort or pop in the car to downtown Naples and the Everglades. Close to all the fun things to see, do and enjoy!

We bought a unit in this area due to the luxury of the exceptionally-kept Colony grounds, access to a wonderful private beach and the proximity to shopping, Naples and the Everglades. It is the perfect combination! The grounds and property are in excellent condition and the double-gated community provides an extra layer of security. You can tell from the pictures that this condo is lovely & well-kept. However, we were still pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This unit is gorgeous! Just about everything you need is provided. We were there for a month and had a wonderful time. Sunsets from the lanai with a glass of wine in hand are spectacular! The unit is clean, comfortable & easily accessible to all amenities. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The condo was in excellent condition and very well appointed and equipped. The neighborhood was beautiful as were the views from the condo. We definitely would recommend this property and hope to make a return visit ourselves. How I spent my Winter, Summer & Fall vacation by Kathy. First of all I would like to thank Laura for the pleasure and availability of her home at The Colony. January was restful for us Bostonians, we needed a break from the cold up North. Never would I have thought to go to Florida in the Summer but here I was again. We were not having Summer weather in Massachusetts in July, so back we went. Beach, Pool, walking, bicycle riding, sightseeing, shopping. Fall comes, back to Flordia. I can only say that each time we go it gets better! Not only is The Colony located in a perfect area (below Fort Myers and above Naples)it is not as busy. You do not even have to leave The Colony (everything is there) private beach just a short boat trip and the dolphins play right next to you. There is so much more to see and do. I look forward to my next visit. Our favorite activity is dinner and a movie! By that, in the late afternoon this wonderful thing happens, Florida gets cleaned. Sometimes it rains about 5pm and the sunset begins. We enjoy sitting in the Florida room having dinner and watching the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen, we will retire to the living room put in a movie and watch the heat lighting or just enjoy seeing the stars! Wow--This is the condo of our dreams. Driving into the Colony, we couldn't help but notice its spectacularly manicured grounds. The tree-lined drive is spersed with flowering bushes, lakes and water-spout fountains. As we walked into the condo's foyer, we could see a stunning view of the lakefront, just past the lanai. Enjoying an evening meal on the lanai also gave us the experience of beautiful sunsets and the quiet serenety of the lake. This home is tastefully furnished and is equipped with just about everything we needed to enjoy the pool, private beach and the many other amenities the Colony provides. Not only is the condo minutes away from the pool and transportation to the private beach, it is just a short drive to a major shopping mall, fine dining and local public beaches.
