Why the Owner Chose Huatulco
This is the perfect family vacation beach resort area in Mexico. The weather is sunny and warm to very warm in the winter with beautiful bays on each side of the harbour. Fishing is great, but most of all the people are friendly, resulting in a very safe place to enjoy the surrounding area. Huatulco has the big-resort palms lined streets but without the crowds. Casa Picassa is just a five minute walk to two beach houses that offer beverages, great food and shade while looking out to the Pacific. When the waters are calm you might want to bring your snorkel and mask to view the tropical fish along the west side of the beach.

Casa Picassa is beautifully furnished with leather and wood for your comfort and enjoys an outstanding view of the Pacific Ocean and pool area. Along with the condo comforts the building (Sueno del Mar) is one of the finest ocean view projects in Huatulco. If they rated condo buildings this would be a 5 star. A further appeal to this property is the central location. Just a short walk to the area's largest supermarket and several restaurants . If you wish to grab a cab your fare in 2009 would have been between $2 and $3 USD.
