Situated on the exclusive community of Legacy Park our superb luxury villa affords over 3,600 sq ft of living space. We have a 3 car garage, a large pool with separate Jacuzzi spa and large pool deck with covered area ideal for sun bathing or al-fresco lunches.
Inside we have a convenient downstairs half bath just opposite the laundry room. The formal lounge and dining room for 6 is situated just off our large fully equipped kitchen complete with all modern appliances and Corian countertops with a casual nook dining area just off. The large family room is equipped with broadband internet access and free local and long distance calls. Large patio doors lead out onto the pool deck bringing the outside in. The master bedroom with king bed is situated on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom, shower cubicle, twin basins and garden tub. There is a TV in the master bedroom.
Upstairs we have 2 twin bedded rooms with a joint bathroom and a queen with linking en-suite. We also have a media room with TV and a large exercise room with exercise bike. Patio doors lead out to an upper story balcony deck area.
Ideally located for theme parks, Orlando International Airport and shopping outlets. Shop 'til you drop with many golf courses and beaches close by.
