Situated on the exclusive community of Legacy Park our superb luxury villa affords over 3,900 sq ft of living space. We have a large pool with separate Jacuzzi spa and large pool deck with covered area ideal for sun bathing or al-fresco lunches.
Inside we have a convenient downstairs half bath just opposite the laundry room. The formal lounge and dining room for 6 is situated just off our large fully equipped kitchen complete with all modern appliances and Corian counter tops with a casual nook dining area just off. The large family room is equipped with broadband wireless internet access and free local and long distance calls. Large patio doors lead out onto the pool deck bringing the outside in. The master bedroom with king bed is situated on the ground floor with sliding door leading out to the pool area, en-suite bathroom, shower cubicle, twin basins and garden jacuzzi tub. There is a TV in the master bedroom.
Upstairs we have 2 twin bedded rooms with a joint bathroom and a queen with linking en-suite. We also have a media room with TV/DVD and high quality virtual surround stereo system, Wii, with Wii fit board and a large exercise room with Nordic-Track elliptical trainer. Patio doors lead out to an upper story balcony deck area.
Ideally located for theme parks just 5.8 miles away from Disney Animal Kingdom where you can catch the Disney bus's to all the other Disney parks, Orlando International Airport and shopping outlets. Shop 'til you drop with many golf courses and beaches close by.

Year Purchased: 2009
This property is owned by Randall & Mila Friedrich family. We bought it as our own little getaway but have decided to share it with a few guests as well. We have rented various other homes in and around Orlando since 1991 and decided that the area this house is in was the most centrally located and peacefully away from all of the higher traffic areas, yet only 5.8 miles from Disney Animal Kingdom where you can park and take the buses to any of there theme parks for free. Very convenient! We are both nurses and take a vacation a couple of times a year there when we can get away. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

We stayed in the house for 9 days with 8 people, and at no time did we feel crowded...ample room for all! The amenities were amazing, we were close to everything, and there was a variety of things to do. We ranged in age from 4 to 66, and we all had a good time. The pool area is awesome. We enjoyed eating outside and having morning coffee sometimes out on the lanai. The area is gorgeous and very quiet. And very personable and friendly neighbors! If we had any questions, Randy (the owner) was always available by phone to provide the answers. Thank you so much for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have stayed in many villas in Florida, and this house is the best so far. Very spacious and well equipped. Everything was immaculate on our arrival and Linda, the property agent, has been more than helpful. The property is in a great central location halfway between the I4 and the 192 and some great restaurants nearby including Chilli's, Crackerbarrel and Applebees. We have already booked for next year.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
