POLICIES:
BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
One-time Final Cleaning Fee = 10 Euros per person (minimum cost 110 Euros).
DEPOSIT:
300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.
CANCELLATION:
1) 45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) 45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount.
