The location was perfectly close to everything. I loved that I could cook and the owner had spices that I didn't have to buy.

La casa está muy bien equipada, tiene todo lo necesario que se puede necesitar. todo estaba realmente limpio, es amplia y muy cómoda. las camas son muy confortables. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que está muy situada para moverte por la ciudad, y el barrio es muy tranquilo. Realmente, puedo decir que ha sido muy agradable la estancia en esta casa.

The house was great and as stated in previous reviews the location is the BEST! We were able to vacation and relax like we were in the comfort of our own home. The house was very spacious for a group of 5. Frank made sure we had anything we need in home and most of all, any problems we had he made sure it was taken care of so swiftly and with wonderful professionalism we forgot that we had a problem. This was our first time renting a home and after this WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE we will definitely rent again and can not wait to visit this listing again!!!!!

My girlfriends and I spent a great getaway in this beautiful Hollywood Home and enjoyed every minute! The location was close to all the fun Hollywood hotspots, the house was beautiful, very clean and filled with every amenity you could ever need. We will certainly be back!

A nice, spacious and well appointed alternative to a hotel in West Hollywood. Frank was always prompt and helpful in all correspondence and was waiting at the house to welcome us and show us around. Any problems were sorted straight away, for instance we had a blocked kitchen sink and Frank had someone there within 10 mins (literally) of our phone call. He also made a special trip to bring us a gift of fruit - a really nice touch. The description and photo's are accurate and all basic needs such as shower gel, toothpaste and washing-up liquid are provided. There is a washer and a dryer as well as an outdoor clothes line to do all your laundry (detergent provided). U.S.A. and Canada 'phone calls are free and the t.v.'s have H.B.O.. If you have a car, the off-street parking is a must - the parking attendants were busy everyday! You are within walking distance of Hollywood and Highland as well as many shops and restaurants, Frank also left us discount cards (a good saving) for a local supermarket chain. I personally would not rely on public transport to get further afield - we always used a car, so I cannot really say if the local public transportation was any good, but we found it to be a good base for all of L.A.. The area felt safe, but there was some noise from the street on more than one occasion, nothing threatening, just garbage trucks, late-night revellers and the occasional helicopter flying past, so light sleepers may be disturbed, but we were never bothered too much by the noise. We were a party of five and the living room was a little crowded if everyone was there, just a single armchair and a sofa but the house as a whole was more then adequate for our needs. I would certainly rent this property again if I were to re-visit Hollywood.

Our family of 4 stayed at Franks Vacation Rental for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From our very first email correspondence to Frank everything was done with professionalism. Frank met us at the house and had the courtesy to show us through and provide any information we needed. Frank also sent to us emails of places to visit, our family got to experience the Rose Bowl Parade on New Years Day something we had never heard of but was a highlight of our trip. We toured the Stars Homes, Santa Monica Pier, The Grove Shopping Centre, Wax Museum, Gruaman Theatre and we even hiked Runyon Canon and could see for miles it was such a clear day. We would recommend Franks house to anyone, as its presentation is second to none, we also felt very safe and secure. We would definately love to visit one day again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is well-stocked with linens, toiletries, and food staples. We have teenage daughters and there was so much to walk to, even close to Runyon Canyon. Frank is professional and easy to deal with. the house is clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We were very comfortable in this house. Frank also had the house decorated for Christmas, which was very thoughtful.

We had a great vacation in California and a great place to stay in a fantastic location. Frank (owner) was prompt in replying to all questions and was always so helpful and nice. Very charming house with a cute yard and your own private parking. Within walking distance to many places but we were glad to have a rental car so we could explore more places.
