The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar (washer/dryer included), opens into the dining room and living area creating a spacious atmosphere.
Colonial Country Club is a beautifully maintained gated community which features an 18-hole championship golf course that is meant to challenge golfers of all skill levels. It also features an impressive clubhouse with formal and casual dining. The Colonial Club is equipped with full tennis facilities, a relaxing pool with hot tub, a health and fitness center which offers classes, massage and spa treatments.

We are from the Midwest, born and raised in the Chicago area. As much as we love our great city and all there is to do and see here, we will forever be drawn to the "warmth of the sun". We enjoy the ease of being in a warm climate, the sunsets, and the simplicity of day to day living.
Why the Owner Chose Colonial Country Club
When we decided to purchase our unit, we had been looking in the Ft. Myers area for quite some time, the real estate market was at its all time high. When we came across Colonial County Club there was nothing available, and we were so disappointed. We were really attracted to it because of the location, its size, the amenities, the nature preserve, etc.. When a unit became available, but was not yet built, we decided to go for it.
