Here it is first of March and the snow counts are way up-8' again last nite and more forecast this week of March 4.....We have some remaing March openings for this absolutely stunning and unique location-the southern Lake Dillon and Ten Mile Range views stop you right at the front door. VERY FEW UNITS HERE IN DILLON HAVE THIS VIEW! As you move through the unit towards the lake you appreciate the walkout patio and lush green grass or, if in winter, the wonderful opportunities for making a snowman.....Carol, guest, said 'I am not leaving this room-the view is beautiful!'...
Dillon means you are centrally located to all of Summit County's ski areas, lakes, forests and streams but only several minutes from Interstate 70 and all it's amenities-every imaginable retail establishment is but two minutes away. The lighted ski trails at Keystone at night are spectacular...
Please note that we other units in the building, HomeAway #300816, and #f350315 for you to check out.....
The unit is designed to highlight the views as well as allow for separation of spaces-the floor plan is simple, open and functional. Please fire up the fireplace every night......
Our Lakeside Jewel: This is just a stunning unit-the lakefront and mountain vistas will stop you right at the front door.......the walkout patio and lawn towards Lake Dillon offers ample opportunities for sunbathing, building a snowman, frisbee and maybe bocci ball.........
The woodburning stove is heartwarming year round.......
We have some mountain bikes for your use and a variety of simple camping and outdoor gear.....
The Summit County Central Location: For any traveler, having a central location is always paramount. This location, with Keystone, A Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain all within 15 miles, is ideally suited for a variety of guest descriptions.......world class restaurants are 1/2 block away as well as the free bus shuttle-don't forget the 'Outlet Malls' just around the corner as well as every other American retail and restaurant opportunity....
Peaceful and Quiet: This unit, as amazingly close as it is to many ameneities, is very quiet and private.....

Incredible view and you feel like you're a million miles from civilization. Straight out the door was the Lake, and a really nice walk along the foreshore, complete with sailboats and mountains ... then around the corner was the movies, City Market, Target, and lots of outlet shopping. At night we just walked a few hundred yards to several really good restaurants. We met the owners and they were really helpful.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: The unit location is really quiet and peaceful yet so close to everything you'd need for a vacation.....

We stayed just over 2 weeks in the Baileys' condo, taking in the wonderful view and the many attractions the area offers in Summer. The sailing regatta and the annual barbeque took place while we were there, adding to the fun. Condo was comfortable and well-equipped. We often cooked on the propane grill, which had some years on it but performed fine. Having the bikes available was a real plus, and the pool was never crowded. Brad was available and responsive to our few questions/requests.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

This is a very nice unit with breathtaking views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. It is very close to the Dillon marina, many restaurants, bars, Dillon Amphitheater, paved /hiking/biking trails. For ski season, it is a half hour or less from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper and Breckenridge ski areas. The unit was clean, well maintained and cozy. I would highly recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We loved the condo location and layout, however the place was not clean. The bathrooms and kitchen floors were filthy. The appliances (coffee maker and a very nice panini maker) were dirty. The sheets were not clean, and had a very musty odor. The top bunk wasn't even made, and we only had queen size sheets to put on the top bunk. There were 4 sets of bath towels for a family of 5 and the place sleeps 9. Please work on the cleaning! On the other hand, the owners had most of what you would need for a nice stay. The bikes were wonderful to have, and we all enjoyed using them! The kitchen was decently stocked with necessities. We LOVED being able to walk right out to the grass, and my 3 kids played outside constantly!Owner response: We do appreciate reviews of our property-it allows us, as owner/manager, to get feedback and opinions of our property........We do use professional cleaning services and are constantly evaluating their work.........We are glad our tenants appreciate the walk out flat lawn out back towards Lake Dillon-it is a spectacular place to hang out....brad bailey, owner/manager

This condo was in a great location. Very good quality for the budget minded. It had everything we needed. Short driving distanced to multiple ski resorts. Dillon has everything u need if u forget something. Brad was very informative and helpful regarding the condo and the area. Condo is on the first floor so no need to carry gear up stairs. Would stay there again and would like to be there in spring or summer... Beautiful area and view.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children.

We stayed only for 2 nites and were impressed by the walkout patio directly to the large lawn with the Lake just beyond. We took the living room chairs out on the lawn! Sorry, Brad and Vicky...... Immediate parking lot access, no steps, was good and the boating was fabulous. We reccomend this unit highly......Mark and LynnRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
