This opulent two levels apartment in Rome, stylish furnished, can comfortably accommodate up to four guests and is located in the heart of ancient Rome, in the unique area of Piazza Navona; the flat is situated on the fourth floor served by a convenient lift, in an historical palace of the XVIIth century. The entrance opens into a wide living room parquet floored throughout, characterized by white color ceiling. The lounge area is endowed with two comfortable sofas and a dining table for four persons offering the opportunity to savour unforgettable Roman meals in a suggestive atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with the modern appliances the guest expects from such a home in the Eternal City. The master bedroom endowed with its king size double bed is placed on the first level; it has a own bathroom featuring a bath tube and a cabin shower where to relax after the exhausting visits to the roman monuments. Through a charming short flight of stairs, it is easy reaching the second level up to the second double bedroom with the comfortable king size bed and the second bathroom endowed with a large cabin shower. The flat is also equipped with the washing machine and a refreshing air conditioning plant. Thus, it is difficult to imagine a much more convenient accommodation for the ideal roman vacation after the stay in this apartment.
Location and public transportation:
Ideally located in the very heart centre, a few steps away from the magnificent Piazza Navona with its marvelous fountains by Bernini and the astonishing Sant'Agnese in Agone Church created by Borromini; walking into the direction of the Pantheon, we can admire the famous paintings by Caravaggio in the Sant'Agostino and San Luigi dei Francesi churches. Should we desire tasting an aperitif at Campo de'Fiori, the cool area of the Capital, we can reach it walking for a few more steps, and why do not profit of the closeness of the magnificent Piazza Farnese with its famous palace designed by the genius of the Renaissance whose name is Michelangelo Buonarroti? The world known Steps of Piazza di Spagna are as well in the neighborhoods and the promenade is much more pleasant running along Via Condotti and Via Frattina with the famous tailor and jeweler shops.
From Ciampino Airport take the shuttle until Termini; from Fiumicino airport, the train until Termini railway station where catching either the buses number 64 or 40 until the stop of Piazza della Chiesa Nuova.Five more minutes on foot are necessary to reach the apartment at vicolo dei Savelli.
Rental conditions:
The rental of this apartment implies a deposit of 400 euros as caution deposit against the damages, to be paid in cash upon the arrival and that will be refunded at the end of the stay.
