  My wife and myself were looking for a vacation in Naples this year and we wanted to spend our vacation during the month of November and half of December 2012. We happened to come across the advert for Falling Waters and it seemed like a nice place to stay. We contacted the Alan, the owner of the condo and after a few emails forth and back we came to an agreement. It was very easy to communicate with Alan and he always was very quick to respond if we had any special wishes. Alan really takes care of his guests and makes every effort that his guest feel comfortable. We flew to Ft. Myers from Germany and took a rental car for the ride over to Naples. When we arrived we were so happy to see a place that was clean, roomy and had a great view of the lake with its fountain from the back terrace. The pictures of the advert really describe the real condo very well. We used the condo as our home base and did day trips around the Naples/Ft Meyers area. The community was just what we were looking for after a day out. We could come back "home". In the morning we spend almost every day 2- 4 hours at the pool. Being around this pool was like being at a tropical resort. Palm trees, waterfalls, and lounge chairs all over the place. We would highly recommend booking this condo if you have the chance to get over to the Naples area of Florida. The owners were great, the location was fantastic, and we had a very memorable holiday in Naples and this condo. Hopefully we will be able to get back next year, and when we do, we will certainly call Alan again to book his condo.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  We just stayed 3 weeks in this great condo. This is a very nice place to have a holiday. The owner is very kind if you need any help to make your stay easy. Falling Waters and the condo of Alan again a great place to stay. There is nothing missing and more than you can ask for. We will be there again.

  My family and I recently had the opportunity to spend some time one the gulf coast and decided to stay in Naples, Fl. We looked at several communities online and decided to choose Falling Waters. It was a great choice on our part. The community is not only gated and guarded, but has the largest pool that I have seen in a private community. It rivals many of the pools that we have been to in resorts in the Caribbean. The condo that we rented, overlooked a lake with a fountain. When we arrived, the place was spotless and it had everything that we could have needed. The community itself is well landscaped and there are water falls throughout it. The area it was in was great considering we were only minutes to both Old Naples and the Gulf beaches. Within 2 miles there are food stores, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars. Everything was within minutes. When we did decide to just stay around and go to the pool, the beauty was it was probably a 50 yard walk to the entrance. It couldn't have been more convenient. If we decided to go back to Naples in the future, we will definitely call Alan first to find out if his condo is available. If you are looking for a place that is convenient to everything, then this is the place for you.

  We were looking for a holiday in the states for the month of April for family. We happened across the advert for Falling Waters and it seemed like a nice place to stay. We contacted the Alan and Mary Beth, the owners of the condo and after a few minutes it seemed like we were old friends. We flew to Miami from the UK and took the ride over to Naples. When we arrived we were so happy to see a place that was clean, roomy enough for the 4 of us, and had a great view of the lake from the back terrace. We used the condo as our home base and did day trips around the Naples/Ft Meyers area, as well as an overnight to Miami. The community was just what we were looking for after a day out. We could come back "home" and head right to the pool. Being around this pool was like being at a tropical resort. Palm trees, waterfalls, and lounge chairs all over the place. It was a great ending to warm days prior to going into town for dinner and to see some sights. We even found a pub in town that had Sky Sports and we watched our favorite football team. I would highly recommend booking this condo if you have the chance to get over to the Naples area of Florida. The owners were great, the location was fantastic, and we had a very memorable holiday in the U.S. Hopefully we will be able to get back in the next year or two, and when we do, we will certainly call Alan and Mary Beth again to book their condo.   On our last vacation we decided to go to the West coast of Florida instead of the usual stay on the East coast. We booked this condo last month at Falling Waters and were very pleasantly surprised when we initially showed up. The whole place looked like a tropical paradise. Waterfalls, foliage, and palm trees lined the roads in the community. The condo was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable--even better than how it was pictured and descibed on the Web site. The unit was very comfortable with fans throughout and it even had central music for the background when we were having dinner. The fact that it had a lanai that overlooked a lake with two fountains was an added bonus. And it was a pleasure dealing with the owner. One of the first things we did was head to the pool. The pool was unbelievable for a community pool. It was not only huge, but had waterfalls and palm trees surrounding it as well. There was plenty of space to move about, or just sit and read a book quietly. As for the area, down the block were restaurants, banks, pharmacies, and a Publix supermarket. Anything that we needed was within a quick drive. Being just a few minutes to the restaurants and shops of Old Naples and the Gulf made this place somewhere that we want to go back to when we visit the West coast again.

  My finance and I had the opportunity to stay at condo in Falling Waters earlier this year. We found the condo not only clean and well furnished, but the community was great. A huge tropical swimming pool with palm trees and an island in the middle of the pool. Waterfalls flowing into the pool and all over the community as well. The location was superb. Only 1.5 miles from banks, restaurants, and shopping. In addition, Old Naples was just a few minutes down the road along with access to the Gulf. In the evenings we were able to sit out on the lanai overlooking the lake, and listen to the fountain as we ate dinner. It is fully furnished and everything is there, from linens to bath and pool towels. I even had use of the golf clubs that were there. The condo is spacious and there is WiFi if you want to keep in touch with anyone. All in all we had a great experience and any questions that we had, were answered almost immediately. If you would like to take you next vacation in Naples, Fl. Falling Waters is an ideal location for anything and everything.

  We just returned from our stay at Falling Waters. This place was everything we had hoped for. Well maintained and a great area. A good mixture of old and young people. Everyone was friendly. This listing was just as it appeared. It was clean and in a great location. I especially loved the large lanai.The owner was great getting back to us with any questions we had. I would very much recommend this property. We hope to stay here again.
