The Master bedroom with king-size bed has sliders to a large screened lanai which overlooks a lovely fountain and lake. Why the Owner Chose Falling Waters
The proximity to both the beaches, Old Naples' stores and restaurants, Naples Bay and golf are the main reason why we decided to buy in Falling Waters. In addition to having a huge resort-like pool, our condo is very close to banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Traveling only 10 minutes to both the heart of Naples (Old Town) and to the Gulf is only one of the reasons why we love it here. We enjoy the privacy the community provides along with the large clubhouse and resort like pool. The pool has all the amenities of staying at a resort, chaise lounge chairs, noodles, tables for card games. There are water falls all over the community to make your morning run or evening walks just a bit nicer. Tennis and Bocce are just an added feature that you can use if you wish. If you want to watch big screen TV, the beautiful oversize clubhouse is just the place, or perhaps just to sit and read.
