  My friend rented a house on the Silverstrand for her husband's 50th birthday, at the last minute we decided we wanted to rent a house on the beach too...I found a house two houses away from my friend, but after a second look we found Scott's property...we were blown away at the pictures, they were beautiful. We were lucky enough to get the house, we did not care that it was further away. This house is warm, inviting, tastefully decorated, stocked with everthing you need and the ocean view is AMAZING!! To top all of that off, Scott is more than accommodating. My daughter recently returned from Afghanistan, she is stationed in Italy and will be coming home next month. I want to take her and my granddaughter there for a weekend. Thanks Scott for the memories.

  We have stayed at a few beach houses for a mini-vaca with family over the last few years. This one is best by far! Very clean, spacious, comfortable, fun, and beautiful. Love the glass wall / doors. Master is to awesome - we had to draw straws for that one! A lot of beach houses seem to be run down but not this one - highly recommend and will hopefully return next year. Thank You Scott!

  This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated yet comfortable and relaxed. They thought of everything. Toys galore and the pirate park 3 blocks away was a huge hit with the kids. Jacuzzi was HOT and everything worked as it should. Quite neighborhood and very private beach. 100% satisfied.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

  First people to stay in 2011! Woohoo! My great Aunt Stacey is staying here form Des Moins, Iowa and I currently live in Camarillo. I absolutely love this this place! I lived on the beach in Ventura for a year and it did not compare to this one bit!! Love the garage packed with bkes! Probably my favorite part! Thanks a ton!

  What a lovely house! Everything is so well thought out, welcoming and well-executed, it's been wonderful for days. Watching the seascape change, jumping in the waves with the kids, pedalling the surreys over to the canals for ice cream and waving to all the smiling people as we passed - it's been terrific. Thank you!

  Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. Your home is so beautiful we felt as though we were living inside the pages of Architectural Digest! The beach was spectacular, the hot tub sublime, and the kitchen was a chef's dream. Making dinners and enjoying them while watching the sun set over the ocean...we will hold these memories until we are able to come again.

  We've rented a number of beach homes through the years, but this one was the best we've experienced. The photos were up to date, everything worked and was well maintained, and the amenities made for a wonderful family time together. There were plenty of outdoor chairs, a firepit, bikes including a surrey, surfboards,and more. We had a wide range of ages- from a 9 year old to a 70 year old and we all were happy!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
