Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you'll need for cooking. Dining room with seating for eight and bar with seating for four. Enjoy the lake views while dining.
Bedroom #1 with king bed, TV/VCR, 3/4 bath and slider to deck. Bedroom #2 with king bed, TV/VCR, 3/4 bath and slider to deck. Bedroom #3 with Queen bed. Bedroom #4 with two twin sized bunk beds, single bed, VCR with large video collection and shared access with bedroom #3 to full bathroom. Enjoy playing air hockey in the garage. Year Purchased: 2001
When Jeff and June met years ago, they shared a common interest ... their love of Lake Chelan. Both of us have sons who have enjoyed working there summers. Jeff's son, Taylor is working and living there right now. Jeff's daughter, Lauren, recently moved to Michigan after spending time living and working for a winery in Chelan. June's son Rip is currently in the Marine Corp and deployed to Iraq. He looks forward to spending time soon in Chelan wakeboarding and relaxing. We live in an area of Seattle called Ballard but spend as much of our free time in Chelan as possible.
Why the Owner Chose Manson
We've been enjoying Lake Chelan as the ultimate family vacation since we began coming here as teenagers. Now our grown children still think of the lake as one of the best places on earth ... year round! Buying this beautiful at Wapato Point Resort 9 years ago and using it as a vacation rental for us and for others to enjoy has been one of the best decisions we've ever made.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The layout of our home is unique in that it has three distinctive areas that allow people privacy from each other while the great room is large and open with a beautiful view of the lake. A place to totally unwind surrounded by lake and mountain views and the quiet of small town living. The expansive outdoor deck with a large private hot tub is the perfect setting for large family get-togethers or romantic summer nights.
