Welcome to Villa Rose. This ideal vacation property is situated across the street from the beach, with direct public access, in the picturesque seaside community of Lauderdale by the Sea. Simply cross A1A / Ocean Boulevard and be greeted by the warm, sandy beaches of Lauderdale by the Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Odds are you will not find a more central location for your getaway vacation. You can truly walk everywhere. Virtually everything you will need is within a three block radius of the home. The Sea Ranch shopping center, which offers a Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, as well as many wonderful restaurants and boutique shops, is across the street. The Lauderdale by the Sea Recreational Park, which offers tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, children’s playground and restroom facilities, is one block away. You can also walk to the downtown area, which offers entertainment, many restaurants and pubs, as well as ice cream stores, various shops and the famous fishing pier.
Situated in a small, intimate complex of just four townhomes, this property offers 3 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms and has recently undergone a complete renovation from top to bottom to offer nothing but first class amenities throughout. Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by a private foyer which leads to the first guest bedroom and full size bathroom. This bedroom offers a queen size bed with sateen linens, a dresser, nightstand, all new tile flooring and French doors leading to a private Chicago brick paved patio with an umbrella table and four chairs. The rear patio area is ideal for entertaining and dining. Upon entering the second level, you are greeted by the living and dining area of the home. The living area offers two sofas, both of which fold down into sleeper sofas. There is an entertainment center with a 40" television offering satellite (DirecTV) and a dvd player. A set of French doors leads to a covered balcony. There is a bathroom and a washer & dryer laundry facility. The newly remodeled kitchen is extremely open and offers custom wood cabinets, a breakfast counter with barstool seating, and a circular glass dining table with additional seating. On the third level you will find the master suite, which offers a king size bed with sateen linens, two night stands, a tall chest and television. The private master bathroom offers a full size Jacuzzi spa bath, a separate full size glass shower and two sinks with marble countertops. The second guestroom (bedroom three) is tastefully furnished with a full size bed, a nightstand, a tall chest and a set of French doors which lead to a small covered balcony with a slight ocean view.
This home is ideal for both large and small groups in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale By The Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The home is fully equipped with wireless internet, satellite television and phone service. The home also provides additional linens, pillows and towels.
