Why the Owner Chose Park Shore
Overall this is the perfect location for a vacation home. The neighborhood is always in high-demand and the city is impeccably clean. The beaches are very nice with calm waters. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing but still manages to have an enjoyable night life with lots of restaurants. The area has increasingly more families and young people.
The Unique Benefits of this House
One of my favorite aspects about the property is the fruit trees surrounding the pool including mango, lemon, grapefruit, and orange. In the morning hours, it is so quiet that you can hear the birds singing. I also love to shop especially at the Water Side Shops with all of my favorite stores including Saks Fifth Avenue which has amazing discounts in the Summer months!
