Welcome to Casa Atlantic! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Spanish Beach Bungalow is situated 50 feet from the sand with Ocean views! In this picturesque seaside subdivision of Fort Lauderdale. You will not find a nicer, more private location for your getaway vacation.
Entering the property, you are greeted by a white picket fence and an out door table to sit and enjoy the ocean views. Once inside, you will find an open floor plan with a comfortable living area, again with a fabulous unobstructed view of the ocean. A separate dining area with French doors leading out to a back patio. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with custom cabinets.
Off the dining area, you will find the master suite which offers a king size French canopy bed, a television and full size dresser extremely large closet and ocean views. Bedroom two offers two Double beds, one night table and a dresser and television. There are two updated full size baths. The back yard offers old Florida foliage and a 2nd patio table and BBQ grill.
All luxury appointments are available throughout the home; Cable TV, WI-FI, Phone Service, quality linens, bath sets and beach towels. An air mattress and pack-n-play are available upon request.

This home is centrally located to everything the immediate beach area has to offer. The home is one mile south of the Lauderdale by the Sea down town area and one mile north of the Fort Lauderdale strip. If you like to snorkel and/or scuba dive, there are the famous coral reefs located just off shore.
